Will Janssens est un coach, éducateur et auteur de plusieurs ouvrages sur des sujets tels que la prise de masse, la sèche et les mensonges du fitness.
Biographie:
“Plongé dans le monde du sport dès mon plus jeune âge, j’en pratique toute une panoplie – tout particulièrement le badminton (pendant 15 ans) jusqu’au niveau national.
Je participe également à Musclemania à Paris en 2014 en catégorie modèle, puis aux championnats suisses de force athlétique en 2015 (DC 110 kg/ S 180 / SdT 220).
Je débute mon cursus académique par un Bachelor en Sciences du Sport, puis poursuis mes études en Angleterre où j’obtiens un diplôme post grade en Sciences sociales du sport à l’Université de Bath.
De retour en Suisse, je termine un master en entraînement et performance – où j’intègre une équipe de recherche du département de physiologie de Lausanne pour compléter mon mémoire (sur une année et demie).
