Bonus Episode - NY City Marathon Experience

Last Sunday, I took on the NYC Marathon—an unforgettable experience and the toughest physical challenge I’ve faced yet, even more than the Dublin Marathon I did at 22. The journey was filled with intense pain, injuries, and sickness, making it all the more meaningful to cross that finish line. Despite a challenging few weeks leading up to race day, I’m incredibly proud to have finished in 4 hours and 7 minutes!  The support from everyone, especially on race day, was amazing, and I wanted to take a moment to share what it was like, why it meant so much to me, and the lessons I learned along the way. I recorded a 20-minute video (yes, it’s a bit long!) diving into the highs, the lows, and some insights that might be useful for anyone facing their own challenges. Check it out if you’re curious about the experience or looking for some inspiration. Thanks to everyone who reached out and cheered me on!
