Dr. Geisinger received her B.S. from Duke University, her D.D.S. from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine, and her Certificate in Periodontology and Master of Science degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.  She is an Associate Professor, Director of Advanced Education in Periodontology, and Director of Faculty Development and Support in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry.  Dr. Geisinger is a Diplomate in the American Board of Periodontology. She is the Immediate Past President of the American Academy of Periodontology Foundation, AAPF, a Trustee of the American Academy of Periodontology, AAP, the Chair of the AAP’s Women in Periodontics Task Force. She is a member of the American Dental Association’s Council on Scientific Affiairs and Chair of the ADA’s Seal Subcommittee. Dr. Geisinger lectures nationally and internationally on topics including periodontology and systemic disease, implant dentistry, and periodontal surgical techniques.   Dr. Geisinger’s research focuses on the relationship between systemic conditions and periodontal diseases. Her recent work has focused on gingivitis and periodontitis and their effect on pregnant patients as well as elucidating the mechanism of interaction between diabetes mellitus and periodontal disease.  Her body of research established a rationale for oral health intervention in pregnant women and developed reliable methods to instruct oral hygiene and measure improvements in oral health, both clinically and from cytokine levels in the gingival crevicular fluid.    

Dr. John Sorrentino started his practice in 1991 with a commitment to patient care through education. He believes that with proper care everyone can maintain their teeth for a lifetime. Dr. Sorrentino grew up in the Hudson Valley. He received his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. In 2003 he was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. The fellowship is symbolic of Dr. Sorrentino's commitment to life long learning and bringing the highest quality dental care to his patients. He is a member and past president of the Dutchess County Dental Society. He is also a member of the New York State Society of Forensic Dentistry and was actively involved in the identification of victims of the World Trade Center disaster and Flight 587 Lately he has been researching the history of decay and formulating strategies to eliminate it.

Corey Young joined Omni Practice Group in 2016 after a twenty year career as a general dentist and practice owner. In addition to his dental background, Corey has a Master’s in Business Administration, is a Certified Valuation Analyst, and is an Accredited Business Intermediary. Dr. Michael Gelb is a highly rated author and speaker on TMJ, sleep apnea, sleep disorders and chronic headache treatments. After graduating from Columbia University with a DDS degree, he received his MS degree at SUNY Buffalo in Neuromuscular Research.  Dr.Gelb went on to become Clinical Professor at NYU where he directed the TMJ and Orofacial Pain program. Dr Gelb provides solutions for dentists to incorporate Airway and Sleep into their practices. He is also the cofounder of The Foundation of Airway Health and it’s Airway Summit. Dr.Gelb is the coauthor of GASP: Airway Health- The Hidden Path to Wellness and maintains a private practice in NYC and White Plains. Dr. Steffen Hohl studied medicine and dentistry at the Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany. He began his clinical training at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, where he trained in emergency medicine, plastic surgery and neurosurgery at Boston‘s Massachusetts General Hospital and the Brigham and Women‘s Hospital. He subsequently trained as a dentist for oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Cologne and the interdisciplinary trauma center in Dortmund, qualifying four years later as a consultant for oral and maxillofacial surgery and a dentist specializing in oral surgery. In 2005, Dr. Hohl established die Zahnerei, his practice for oral and maxillofacial surgery and aesthetic dentistry in Buxtehude in northern Germany, where he is the clinical director. Die Zahnerei is also a training and professional development center for implantology and aesthetic dentistry. Steffen Hohl is the creator of the smile changer concept. He has also developed the world‘s first “soft sedation“ process, called Schlaf-schön-Sedierung, that he has been using regularly in his practice since 2014. With more than twenty years of experience in dental implantology, soft tissue management, and implant restoration, he has brought together his own proprietary treatment concept known as the SOAP success concept. Dr. David Hall is from Mesa Arizona. He practiced for many years in Iowa, where, in 1990, he became accredited with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In 1991, he published landmark research that demonstrated that the then prevalent practice of etching teeth prior to bleaching was unnecessary. In 1994, be became the first Public Relations chair of the AACD and later directed a bylaws reform that helped create the current structure of that organization.   In 1995 he launched one of the first cosmetic dentistry websites, which led, in 2006, to other dentists beginning to ask him for help with their websites. In 2009, he relocated to Mesa, Arizona, where he created the dental website company, Infinity Dental Web. His company has distinguished itself as being a leader in search engine optimization and in bringing principles of neuromarketing into dentistry. It is acknowledged by many as being the quality design leader of dental website companies and has become the official marketing partner of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Alexander Rubinov graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine with distinction, where he served as President of the American Student Dental Association and was the founder of the Aesthetics Group. I was born on August 8th, 1976 in Manhassett, NY. These are both very important facts to know in order to get to know me. For one, that makes me a Leo and a Leo I am. I am a true competitor in everything I get my hands on – from striving to add the most value into my patient's lives through the dental experience we give them to never giving up on the tennis court to being the best Dad and Husband I can be. Secondly, I was born with a thick New York "sometimes thuggish sounding" accent that no matter how hard I try I just can't shake. Add my accent to the fact that I do not hesitate to speak my mind (only like a true New Yorker does) and boy, I can get myself in a lot of trouble, especially with my BEAUTIFUL, genius wife Melissa. (If you saw me now, I would be patting myself on the back.) I have held a few nicknames over the years, including Osh in my high school and Air Force days, Dr.O by my patients and staff, and Babo when Melissa is happy with me. Over the past two years, my family has grown from two people to four with our latest addition: my son Julian Jamie Oshidar. We already have our daughter Arianna Layla Oshidar, who absolutely has me whipped. Trust me, if you become a patient here, you will hear all about my babies. I don't have this overly compelling or wonderful story as to why I became a dentist, but I can truly say I am really happy I did. The truth is my dad wanted all three of his sons to become doctors and in turn, he got two dentists and chiropractor. I love what I do, not because I am the best dentist in the world (which I am close to being) but because my practice gives me the opportunity to help people achieve a better quality of life. I not only do this through my hands-on dentistry, but I love to coach, educate, and advise my patients, staff, and others as well – basically, whoever will appreciate what I have to teach. I am best known for my drive to succeed and the unique humor I add to pretty much anything I do. Life would be terribly boring if there was a definitive end to what you could accomplish if you couldn't laugh while doing it. I take pride in knowing how many people we employ in my two practices Roselle Park Dental and Little Smiles of Roselle Park. It is a great feeling and sense of accomplishment that gets reinforced on a daily basis whenever my staff or patients say how much they love being in the practice. Although I've come to realize you cannot please everyone, since my practice is a reflection of me, I take it extremely personally when someone is unsatisfied with the way things are run or with the effort I put into my work. This approach has been extremely instrumental to the happiness all of us in the practice show when we are at work. (Unless, of course, my staff is causing me agita!) I have actually started to consult and teach other dentists about implementing dental implants successfully into their practices. Deep down, I always give people the benefit of the doubt and I always find myself rooting for the underdog. Maybe that is why I'm such an avid Jets fan. Man, will they ever win a Super Bowl again? Yes, I have Patriots' fans as patients. Here is a quick story for what I'm truly like. One night when I was in high school, right before my chorus recital (for the lucky ones who have been blessed by my singing, it's true I was in the chorus), there was a kid sitting by himself getting made fun of by some other kids. I felt compelled to sit next to this kid named Howie and befriend him. I did this because it was the right thing to do and it makes me furious when people pick on other people that are different from them. If you ever get a chance to see me hit or kick the punching bag while training, you will now understand what predominantly fuels my fire.
