Dr. Michael Miller received his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1974 and completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Houston in 1975. He authored a 3-year series of articles on bonding in the Journal of the Houston District Dental Society and has lectured internationally. Dr. Miller is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Founding and Accredited Member and Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, for whom he wrote the initial accreditation guidelines. He also has memberships in the International Association of Dental Research/American Association of Dental Research and the Academy of Dental Materials. He has contributed to several texts and is the co-founder/President of REALITYRATINGS & REVIEWS. Dr. Miller maintains a private practice in Houston, Texas and is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. Dr. Ingrid Castellanos received her C.D. in 1983 and her Especiality in Orthodontics in 1989, both from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico Facultad de Odontologia in Mexico City, Mexico. She has lectured internationally and holds memberships in the Academia Mexicana de Ortodoncia (Mexican Academy of Orthodontists), and the American Association of Orthodontists, in addition to being a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists. Dr. Castellanos is currently the Publisher and in charge of coordinating product evaluations for REALITYRATINGS & REVIEWS.

Dr. Sundeep Rawal is a private practice prosthodontist at Florida Prosthodontics, PA in the central Florida area. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry, USA in 2006 and completed his training in Prosthodontics at the University of California San Francisco in 2009 where he was exposed to the most current technologies shaping dentistry. He is also an officer in the Central District Dental Association and delegate to the Florida Dental Association. He has held numerous positions with national organizations such as the American College of Prosthodontics. He is a co-founder of the Digital Dentistry Institute, a leading contemporary education entity with courses all over the world dedicated to innovations and technology in dentistry. He is currently in private practice with Four office locations in central Florida in Orlando and east to the Beaches. Dr. Birdi received his dental degree from the University of Saskatchewan and his post-graduate specialty training in both periodontics and prosthodontics from the University of Minnesota. He is a Fellow and previous Examiner for the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and a Diplomate of both the American Board of Periodontology and the American Board of Prosthodontics. Dr. Birdi is one of the very few board certified dual specialists in periodontics and prosthodontics in North America, and the first and only specialist in the world to attain board certification in these two specialties in both the USA and Canada. He currently is acting as an executive member of the board of directors for the Western Society of Periodontology and the Vancouver District Dental Society. Dr. Birdi is the co-founder of the Digital Dentistry Institute which is a global learning organization for his fellow dentists, and one of the largest dental educational organizations in North America. He is also founder of the BC Perio Dental Health & Implant Centres in Vancouver which is one of the largest and most technologically advanced multi-specialty dental centers in Canada.

Trish Walraven is a dental hygienist, blogger, and software designer. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Texas Woman’s University, she spent almost 25 years practicing full-time clinical hygiene, including 5 years in the private practice of the Dallas County chief forensic odontologist, and 17 years in the office of Dr. David Rossen of The Colony, Texas, which was featured in a Dental Town office visit a few years ago. In 2008, Trish founded DentalBuzz, a dental trends website and blog, and in 2014, she and fellow Townie hygienist Erika Feltham collaborated on a DentalBuzz article about the blue specks that dentists and hygienists were seeing under patients’ gumlines during recare visits. The news that these plastic microbeads were being added to toothpaste merely for color gained national attention, with their awareness campaign culminating the signing of a bipartisan bill by President Obama in December of 2015 to ban the sale and distribution of products containing microbeads in the United States. Trish continues to write for DentalBuzz and is currently spending her time with BlueNote Software LLC, a medical intra-office communication company that works with dentists, optometrists, veterinary hospitals, and other medical specialties to help offices manage the workflow of their offices with virtual light panel systems.

Dr. Kyle Stanley, named as "The Next Generation of Cosmetic Dentistry" by the AACD in 2015 and "Top 10 Young Educators in Dentistry" by the Seattle Study Club, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and then completed a dental implant residency along with a dental implant specialty in Brazil. While at USC, Dr. Stanley completed an Esthetic mini-residency with a world leader, Dr. Pascal Magne, and was honored with the Charles L.
