Dr. Koff is a general dentist in private practice in Colorado Springs, CO. He has traveled and done dentistry in a number of countries, starting in 1985 in China - sometimes as a volunteer, sometimes in a paid position. He prefers a small dental practice, one on one to develop personal relationships with patients and keep the overhead low to allow flexibility to take time off and enjoy life outside the office. Dr. Koff has traveled and worked in a number of foreign countries, including China, Russia, Madagascar, Romania, and Israel. He currently works part time in Antarctica and Alaska Aleutian Islands and is a consultant for the US Antarctica Program for dental treatment for research and support personnel at the US research stations.

Jessica Ann Rickert, D.D.S. is the first female American Indian Dentist in the world.  Dr. Rickert attended the University of Michigan from 1968 to 1975.  In 1975 she established a private dental practice.  From 1975 to 1982, she was the director of the dental clinic at the Children’s Aid Society, a private agency for foster-care children in Detroit; there she initiated programs in preventive dentistry and orthodontia as well as providing general dental services. From 2007 to 2010, she has provided general dental services for the Department of Corrections of the State of Michigan. In 2011, she provided general dentistry in the Michigan Community Dental Clinics on a full-time basis.  Currently, she is a clinical dentist at the Family Health Care Organization in Michigan. Dr. Jessica A. Rickert treats each patient with compassion, confidence, competence and kindness.

He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, completing his term as president of the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists in 2016. He has not had impression trays or alginate in his office since 2014.  This has allowed him to become more accurate and efficient in his delivery of custom orthodontic solutions.
