Dr. Bob Stewart, known to his patients, team, and friends as Dr. Bob, has been practicing dentistry for 32 years, and loves it more today than ever. He graduated from dental school (San Antonio) in 1988 and worked as an associate dentist for a large group practice in the Houston area for three and a half years. From 1994 to 2014, Dr. Bob traveled coast to coast as an “expert” speaker for Lightspeed technologies, one of the pioneers in the endodontic rotary instrument explosion. In 1992, he purchased a small “cottage” practice in Pasadena, Texas, which has since moved location twice as it has grown over the years. In 2008, he purchased a second location, where the selling dentist decided to stay and working together, they have grown this location to over 3 times it’s original size. Dr. Bahar Esmaili DDS is the owner & dentist at PeakView Dentistry. She focuses on the connection between overall health and oral health. Dr. Barry Glaser received his DMD degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and earned his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics from Boston University. He served as Associate Director of Orthodontics at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City from 1992 to 1995. Dr. Ronni Brown is a dentist, researcher, speaker and author who bridges the gap between dentistry, public health and substance abuse. She is a leader in dental public health, experienced in identifying emerging issues in the care and delivery of dental services to underserved populations, and competent in developing strategic action plans to achieve measurable results. She is a triple “Bruin” earning her bachelors, dental, and master’s degree in public health from the University of California, Los Angeles. Brett Kessler, DDS has been practicing esthetic, functional and reconstructive dentistry since 1995. Dr. Kessler serves as a Past President of the Colorado Dental Association. He also serves as the chairman of the Well Being Committee for the State of Colorado and is a consultant for the American Dental Association, serving on the Dental Well Being Advisory Committee and the Council on Dental Benefit Plans. He is the Trustee for the 14th District to the American Dental Association. In the fall of 2007, Dr. Kessler testified on behalf of the American Dental Association before the United States Congress on the ravages of methamphetamines on the oral health. Dr. Mier completed undergraduate studies at Albion College, then received his dental degree from University of Detroit in 1984. His journey to orofacial pain primarily began as a patient looking for answers, and eventually led to the craniofacial pain center at Tufts University. He completed a one-year fellowship, and then completed a Masters program in 2011. Subsequently he joined the faculty and was eventually the director of postgraduate education in orofacial pain. He returned to full-time private practice in 2015 to the present. He has been active in the American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP) leadership and is currently the president-elect of the organization. Dr. Farrell was born in Toronto, Canada. He completed undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and attended Columbia University School of Dental Surgery. He later attended UCLA’s Orofacial Pain program and successfully received his Board Certification in Orofacial Pain. Since then has practiced Orofacial Pain in Scottsdale, Arizona. His practice evolved into the Head Pain Institute, a center for clinical excellence founded on evidence-based practices, research and development, and a center for learning to help keep general dentists and specialists on the cutting edge. Paul Lowry is the CEO and co-founder of the Dental Menu. From 2008-2017 Paul helped dental offices generate thousands of new patients. After analyzing the data from those new patients, he found that people without dental insurance were more difficult to attract and retain. Many of the offices he worked with had membership plans, but they failed to provide an adequate solution. In 2017 he co-founded the Dental Menu. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Utah State University. When Paul isn’t immersed in work, he enjoys teaching, spending time with his wife and 6 children, dirt biking, fishing, and being outdoors. Wes Read is has been working exclusively with dentists for 15 years as a dental CPA and financial advisor. He also has the Certified Financial Planner designation. After graduating from BYU in 2005 with a Masters in Accounting, he worked for Ernst and Young, a big four accounting firm. Eventually he left there and began working with dentists on a one-on-one basis. He formed PracticeCFO in 2013 and his firm currently works with 300 dentists in 16 different states. His team of 22 people include financial advisors, tax CPAs, accountants, and investment specialists. Together, they oversee global financial systems for their dentists.
