Dennis J. Leonard is President & CEO of Delta Dental of Massachusetts. He had been President of Delta Dental of Massachusetts since 2011. Prior to that he served in many senior leadership roles such as Chief Sales Officer, Regional President and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Leonard has over 38 years of experience in the health care industry, including 16 years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Michael is currently a second-year dental student studying at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University in 2019, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He grew up in Topeka, Kansas as part of a family of nine. In May 2018, he married his wonderful wife, Paige. She is an incredibly talented artist and works hard to help put him through dental school. They enjoy eating out, playing board games with friends, and, of course, binge watching TV shows. When he is not studying, Michael also enjoys playing tennis, racquetball, and pickleball. Dr. Wiltbank attended Dental School at Oregon Health and Sciences University, graduating in the class of 1998. He returned to school at the University of Texas, Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, where he completed a residency in Endodontics, class of 2007. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. He is a member of and volunteers in leadership for the American Association of Endodontists in the capacity of a representative to the American Dental Association’s Codes Maintenance Committee and to the American Association of Dental Consultants. Dr. Holtzclaw is board certified by both the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed journal articles, textbook chapters, and books. As a matter of fact, Dr. Holtzclaw recently authored the very first textbook ever published on pterygoid dental implants. Dr. Holtzclaw is a past recipient of the Excellence in Research Award from the International College of Dentists and is one of only 10 clinicians recognized by the American Academy of Periodontology as an “officially recommended speaker” for craniofacial reconstructive surgery. Dr. Panagakos received his DMD from UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School (now Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine) and his PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UMDNJ-Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences in 1992. Dr. Panagakos joined the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in August 2018, as the Associate Dean for Research. In January 2019, he was appointed Vice Dean for Administration and Research, and on July 1st, 2020 was appointed as Interim Dean. Dr. Panagakos is the co-author of over 77 peer-reviewed scientific research articles and is the co-editor of three dental science textbooks. His areas of interest include the role of inflammation in oral and overall health, and the impact of nutrition on oral health and wellness. Tim graduated in 1997 and purchased his first practice two years later. He was quick to embrace consumer advertising, at that time only just legalized, tooth whitening and clear aligner therapy, also only just available in the UK. Using contacts practicing in other countries, Tim incorporated practicing models unusual in the UK to build a $1M single principal practice. More recently, he has expanded his businesses, growing his team and bringing in additional dentists. His business was left heavily exposed due to the debt incurred in expansion when shut down by UK regulators in their Covid-19 response at the end of last March. Dr. Reinhardt is a general dentist who developed a special interest in orthodontics. In 2004 he introduced Invisalign in his practice and became an Elite Provider in 2007. In 2015 he was the first Canadian dentist to win the Invisalign Summit Shootout held at the Invisalign Summit in Las Vegas. In 2016, he founded The C.L.E.A.R. Institute to answer the increase demand of education by dentists in understanding and integrating clear aligner orthodontics in their dental practice.
