Keith Miller has been a leader in the DSO industry since 2002. He helped lead a large Dental Service Organization through significant growth over the 13 years he was a principal in the business. In 2017 he started a revolutionary new DSO called Partnerships for Dentists. After a ton of learnings in the DSO arena he helped create an alternative model to the traditional DSO. Partnerships for Dentists allows a ton of autonomy for their partners while helping them grow their business on both the top and bottom line. Dr. Gregory Allen Kerbel has been a family and cosmetic dentist in a fee for service private practice since 1991. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in 1988, his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1991, and joined Partnerships for Dentists in 2018 as Chief Clinical Officer, after a disabling car wreck fractured his neck. Dr. Ackah graduated from dental school in 2009. After dental school he realized he needed more education to be the super dentist he wanted to be, so he went on to get his GPR training at the Pittsburgh VA System. After working for one year as a general dentist, he realized he loved surgery more than dentures, so he applied and got accepted into the Pitt periodontal residency. Following graduation in 2014, he moved to Houston, Texas where he set up a traveling periodontal business. When not doing dentistry, Dr. Ackah enjoys hosting the podcast “Tooth Be Told”, cooking, traveling and watching soccer. Kyle Dumpert grew up in Bedford, PA. He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with his bachelors, then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where he graduated in 2013. After dental school, he completed a one year GPR at the Pittsburgh VA Hospital. He then returned to his hometown of Bedford to work for his childhood dentist with plans to purchase the practice. In July 2017, Dr. Dumpert received his FAGD, then in June 2018, he received his MAGD. During the summer of 2020, Dr. Dumpert joined Dr. Walter Ackah as a cohost on Tooth Be Told. Dr. Marc Schlenoff is VP of Clinical Development at Tend, the dental brand bringing a hospitality mindset to oral health. Prior to Tend, Dr. Schlenoff was the Director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Since 2004, he has been an instructor at NYU’s Aesthetic Advantage Hands-On Symposium run by Dr. Larry Rosenthal. The Consumer’s Research Council of America named Dr. Schlenoff one of America’s Top Dentists for Cosmetic and Restorative Care for nine consecutive years. Dr. Schlenoff is also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry, where he is a Fellow. Dr. Buske grew up in Minnesota playing hockey and lacrosse. He moved to Texas to finish his undergrad at Texas A&M and then completed his DDS at Baylor College of Dentistry in 1997. He lives in the small town of Granbury, just outside of Fort Worth, where he practices in a group with 2 other doctors. Dr. Buske primarily focuses on Dental Implants, Full Mouth rehabilitations, & Quadrant Dentistry. He is the Chief Dishwasher at Granbury Dental Center. Dr. Buske and his wife Kammie live on lake Granbury with their three kids and love getting out on the water to surf behind their boat in their free time. Dr. Mongrain is a 1979 graduate of the University of Florida, College of Dentistry. He currently practices part time in Tulsa, OK and is a Director of Clinical Advocacy for Heartland Dental, Digital Clinical Technologies, Scanners and Labs. He is a consultant to the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. Mongrain has spoken and published internationally on restorative, preventive dentistry and technology. He has worked with a number of dental companies in biomaterials and technology including 3M, Dentsply Sirona, Dentsply Caulk, Premier Dental, IvoclarVivadent, E4D/Planmeca, Patterson Dental and Henry Schein. Dr. Leanna Shetler and Dr. Matt Dahar were destined to be best friends. In fact, their dads were best friends growing up. They played football together at University of Pittsburgh and were co-residents in Orthodontic Residency as well. Their families were connected before they were even born. As they grew up together, they naturally became life-long friends. Once they graduated high school, they both tried other paths but dentistry kept pulling them back. Marcin Dolecki is a graduate of the Medical University of Lodz, Poland and runs a private practice in Legionowo, Poland. For over 25 years he has been a national and international lecturer. He is the author of numerous publications, including two books: “Teeth Whitening” and “Marketing and Management in the Dental Office.” as well as the former editor and translator of "CRA Newsletter." Dr. Dean Nicholas, better known as Dr. Dino, is a general dentist in Lombard, IL practicing in the western suburbs of Chicago. His practice is known as Dr. Dino’s Dental Oasis. He is a 1986 graduate of Loyola University School of Dentistry with a DDS degree. His patients age in range from 2 to 103 where he treats children of all ages! Dr. Dino provides small town comforts in a high-tech environment. Dr. Dino has also been known to pick up his local patients that no longer drive and do not have a way to get to get to the office. He practices general dentistry with an emphasis on removable and fixed prosthetics. Currently, Dr. Nicholas is serving as the President of the Chicago Dental Society, which has over 4000 members and is the largest single component in the country.
