Mikhaila Peterson - An Unconventional Self-Healer
Mikhaila Peterson suffered most of her childhood with multiple health problems, starting with joint pain at the ripe age of 2 years old. By the time she was 7, she was diagnosed with extremely severe Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis with 37 actively inflamed joints. She began treatment with several medically prescribed drugs and as her health continued to decline, she was also diagnosed with severe depression, she experienced hypomanic episodes (Bipolar Type 2), and suffered from fairly severe OCD tendencies. So they added more prescriptions. Over the years Mikhaila's health continued to decline until she decided to experiment with an elimination diet. When she began to see things in her health change for the better, she realized she was on to something. Things like the paleo or keto diet certainly didn't exist back then. She continued to experiment with her diet until she found what works best for her, and thus was born the Lion diet.
As the founder of the Lion diet, Mikhaila now spends her time educating others about how diet affects overall health using her personal story and the stories of others who see results following the strict diet. She also operates as CEO of Luminate Enterprises and she has just launched The Mikhaila Peterson Podcast, which, within its first week has already reached #3 in health.
Now, hear her take on the Essential 11 questions.

Lenore Skenazy - America’s ”Worst” Mom
Lenore Skenazy is president of Let Grow, a non-profit promoting childhood independence and resilience, and founder of the Free-Range Kids movement. She is also a speaker, blogger, syndicated columnist, author, and reality show host. A mother who lives in Queens, her controversial decision to let her then-9-year-old son take the New York City Subway home alone became a national story and prompted massive media attention. She was dubbed, "America's Worst Mom." In response, Skenazy founded the book and blog "Free Range Kids," with the aim of "fighting the belief that our children are in constant danger from creeps, kidnapping, germs, grades, flashers, frustration, failure, baby snatchers, bugs, bullies, men, sleepovers and/or the perils of a non-organic grape." Let Grow, co-founded in 2018 with Daniel Shuchman, Dr. Peter Gray and Prof. Jonathan Haidt, continues the quest to make it "easy, normal and legal" to give kids back some old-fashioned independence of thought and deed.

Relationships, Money, Health And Success can be achieved With Brad Lea
Some people think of success as something they'll achieve once they've reached a certain age or have made a certain amount of money. Others believe it's something that happens when they reach the top of their field and are recognized by their peers for their achievements. Regardless of what your definition is, one thing is clear: everyone around us affects what we think and do, our plans, and our goals. How do we use this power to our advantage? Success can be achieved by any means—you just need to know how.
Brad Lea is a businessman and entrepreneur. He owns a number of businesses and has extensive experience in sales, life, and business. Brad assists people in becoming better people. Brad has made every mistake in the book but has learned a lot along the way. He always provides clarity in a chaotic world and always tells the truth. He has met many people, has been blessed with an incredible network, has revolutionized online learning, and has had a massive impact on the lives of many people, including his own. Tune in as young leaders ask questions about life, personal growth, entrepreneurship, and more!
Quotes:
“The difference between a good and a bad salesperson is that the good one knows they're doing it. The bad one, on the other hand, does not.” – Brad Lea
“When someone has an opinion about you, take note. But don't base your decisions on what someone else thinks you need. Go worry about what you believe you require.” – Brad Lea
“Have a strong sense of your own importance, backed up with ethics and integrity.” – Brad Lea
Takeaways:
Relationships, money, and health are all intertwined and serve as your success tool. You get more concentrated as you get healthier. And focus allows you to complete more work and earn more money, which leads to more relationships.
The road to success is not an easy one. Improving your way of thinking, your skill set, and your dedication to practicing positive routines is a process that never ends.
If you observe a successful person and want to be just like him, you should explore what they do every day, including how they think and what they do. Resemble their daily routine and make it a habit. Absolutely, you will achieve your goals.
Conclusion:
You should not give other people the ability to choose your path of action. You will never be able to control the thoughts of other people, nor will you ever be able to win everyone's approval. Neither of these things are even somewhat possible. Simply be yourself and focus on developing yourself as much as possible. Keep your attention on your commitments and goals.

Ryan King Life Experiences, Lessons, And Advice To Future Leaders
Adults are shaped up from their childhood. Hence it is critical that we need to be trained, taught, and guided as a child. That’s why parents need to show examples and let their children in their journey grow as a man and learn from their mistakes.
Ryan King shares his life experiences, lessons, and advice to future leaders. Being a child, making mistakes is unavoidable. That is why we need to learn from them, grow to be mature adults, and help those who cannot just because they are labeled negatively. Tune in as young leaders ask questions about life, personal growth, entrepreneurship, and more!
Quotes:
“ People react to how you treat them with respect and stress them, and then they're going to reciprocate.” – Ryan King
“We are taught not to trust children because many of us were taught when we were children, we were not to be trusted.” – John Holt(Cited by Ryan king)
“What an opportunity we have to use knowing how labels impact the other people we are associated with. What an opportunity we have to help them or an opportunity we have to pour into them. – Matt Bradd
“Childhood is training. It's not just about having fun. It's getting ready to be an adult. – Ryan King
“I would tell my parents, if you don't let me go on my quest, I will go on it anyway. Because you won't let me be a man, you want to treat me like a baby. And I'm going to be a man, whether you like it or not – Ryan King
Takeaways
Just chill and treat reading like you're watching a movie; it will be much more enjoyable. Many people think reading has so much pressure. They believe they need to remember everything, but the reality is no human being on the planet will remember everything.
He earns trust by giving trust. And that's the first step when it comes to leadership; trust goes down first.
Appreciation is the power of positive labels. If you treat a trustworthy man like a man, he will believe that about himself his whole life. If you label a person negatively, such as lazy, he will believe it his whole life. It works in both directions.
Parents need to lead by example, and then they allow for that journey to take place. What ends up happening is they don't lose that young person. They just get a different, more mature person that comes back.
These days, a young man needs to be self-aware of his gifts, limitations, strengths, strategic thinking, and ability to analyze causes and effects.
Conclusion:
As a child develops, they may encounter several challenges. People may identify them negatively or interfere with their journey. If they learn from books or other experiences and put those lessons into practice, no one can stop them from attaining their goals and becoming a mature man.

Kirk Uhler - A True Fighter For Freedom
Kirk Uhler is a man who does not stand idly by and allow injustice to take place. First elected to the Placer County Board of Supervisors in 1992, Kirk started his service as a county supervisor to combat the overspending and fiscal mismanagement of previous boards. In 2006 Kirk was appointed back to the board, continuing the same objective he had when first elected.
He has been vocal about the handling of Covid-19 since the beginning and when he began to see patterns of mishandling of the situation at the state level, he wasn't afraid to speak his mind. He shared a video to Facebook on May 11 where he reads an email from the Director of the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services threatening him and the residents of Placer County, and his eloquent response. Through this video, Matt became connected with Kirk when he reached out to thank him for all that he is doing for the small businesses and individuals of the community, and the rest is history. Now, hear his take on the Essential 11 Questions.
Kirk's Call to Action:
Californians, get in contact with your local board of supervisors and city council members and let them know that you support moving forward with reopening and the governer's overreach must be corrected.
