What is the secret sauce to building a million dollar program?   Truth is there is no secret. Creating a successful and profitable program goes back to  basic principles--consistency and discipline. You have to have both in order to take the next steps to hitting the million dollar mark.   In today’s episode I am going over the four key principles you need to have  in order to get a million dollar program in place. It takes more then just having the content or having the course.   There is so much noise in the online space right now that you need to stick your flag in the group and show off what is different about your program. It’s not going to be an overnight success.   Mastery takes 10,000 plus hours. So be the  1% of online entrepreneurs that follows through and committees to taking their course to the next level. One of the reasons I love my community is the amount of questions each one of them asks. Most of them revolve around time management, how to balance work and family or how to manage a time the right way. By definition, a trend is something that is changing or developing.   Everything in the online space is constantly changing. From what platform to focus on or how to generate leads, it all can change with a blink of an eye.   This is why I wanted to take some time today and go over three trends that are happening right  now in online marketing. Every year, I set a one word intention for myself. If you’ve been tuning in since at least January of this year, you probably heard that my word for 2019 is SIMPLICITY.   Setting this intention meant changing a lot of things in my business, and one of those was how we approached program launches. Frankly, my team and I were tired, burnt out, and “over it” when it came to techy funnels, digital walls between us and our prospects (emails, pre-recorded videos - it didn’t feel engaging) and we needed to do something different.   Can you relate? Gratitude.   Most of the time we think giving back can only happen in our personal life.
