A TALK WITH NRITHYA JAGANNATHAN ABOUT THE PANCHA MAYA MODEL

Amy and Nrithya talk about the most popular model for assessment and therapeutic planning in the field of Yoga Therapy, the Pancha Maya Model, which is also called the Bird Model.
