Bella Thorne has jumped on the trend of proposing to your fiancé following your own engagement and her fans have a lot of thoughts! Tanya Rad, for one, is here for it.  Tanya shared on-air that the actress took to social media to share she got down on one knee: "3 years ago we met. One year later he proposed. Now one year later, so did I." Bella and Mark Emms, a British film producer, originally got engaged back in 2023 after just 9 months of dating after they met at Cara Delevingne’s birthday party. The comments were pretty split with some fans thinking the proposal was “sweet” and praising Bella for flipping tradition while others were confused about why she proposed when the couple are already engaged and begged to "not normalize" this. Turns out it's actually not 10K steps a day for health and wellness! Scientists say the whole “10,000 steps a day” thing was created to sell pedometers and not based on actual data. So what does the data say? 7,000 steps! 7,000-steps a day was associated lower risk of dementia, cardiovascular disease, depression, type-2 diabetes and falling.
