When you're working with actors and political pundits who NEED to shape dramatically transform their body fast, you learn how to optimize for body type.  Paul Catudal's book "Just Your Type: The Ultimate Guide To Eating And Training For Your Body Type." Is a how-to guide for living your best life with the body you were born with. But Phil is not just a wealth of knowledge for getting your body right, but his story is very inspiring. Phil is a childhood cancer survivor and lost his father to cancer when he was young.
