This underscores this program's suspicion that the Biden administration is testing how far district judges will go because they are committed, not to justice, but to indicting Donald Trump. On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, 4 railroad labor unions refused to join with 8 other unions to avoid a railroad strike; they know they can threaten the American economy until they get what they want. No business should have the power to shut down the entire country, but that’s what these labor unions are doing. It is as bad as Apple setting our foreign policy by agreeing to terms by China, who were told by Xi that they are to prevent airdrop from being used on iPhones and prevent the Chinese citizens from communicating with each other. The government doesn’t want to keep an eye on Apple, Amazon, or Google, but now they are looking into Twitter only because Elon Musk is there now. Afterward, the biggest problem is the Biden crime family, which is why the FBI, DOJ, media, and democrat party are doing everything they can to hide it. Republicans aren’t allowed to investigate Biden, but they’re still investigating Trump and want to put him in jail. The Biden administration is more hostile to free speech than any other in American history, even worse than Woodrow Wilson. Also, the first political missiles have been fired against Governor Ron DeSantis and his potential bid for president in 2024. The Atlantic writing a hit piece on DeSantis is only the beginning of the democrat media to sabotage his candidacy. They’d rather have a loser like Chris Christie as the candidate. Meanwhile, we have battles going on within the GOP over who should be the new speaker of the House. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, like clockwork, the Republicans led by Mitch McConnell are working with Chuck Schumer on a massive spending omnibus bill in the name of fully funding the government and they plan to do it in the lame-duck session. Interestingly, the Wall Street Journal will support this massive spending to keep the government open but sat idly by when the government shut down the private sector. Who are these Republicans that claim to be conservatives but march to the drumbeat of Schumer and McConnell? They are phony conservatives, and they are sabotaging the important work that needs to be done for the American people. Later, Apple gives into China's request to remove the AirDrop function so that anti-lockdown protesters can't share information. Apple is also threatening Twitter with removal from the App Store because Elon Musk has opened the platform to share truths about COVID and other dissenting ideas that they suffocated in the past including former President Trump's account. Apple is using its monopolistic power to destroy disagreement and Gov. Ron DeSantis is their next target to be canceled. Afterward, US Sen. Mike Lee joins the show to discuss the most recent bill passed in the Senate to codify same-sex marriage. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, former President Trump should distance himself from antisemitic Kanye West after their recent lunch at Mar-A-Lago. Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is the most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel president this country has ever seen. While Trump has never praised a Jew-hater, Biden most certainly has. The history of Biden’s racism is so deep, but the media won’t talk about that. Then, the Constitution grants the governance of election laws to each state's legislature. However, there are judges and others that disagree with this premise. Later, the Biden administration has not even acknowledged the protests in China or Iran. This week on the Mark Levin Show, reporting shows that the wife of the newly appointed Special Prosecutor in the DOJ's case against Donald Trump has been a frequent donor to the more radical members of the Democrat Party such as Rashida Tlaib and also produced a film highlighting former First Lady Michelle Obama. It seems that AG Merrick Garland did minimal vetting in his selection of this 'independent' counsel that he hired to prosecute Trump. Where are the conservatives on CNN? Where are the conservatives at MSNBC or the New York Times? This is what happens under one-party control. That’s why the propaganda goes on and on like Republicans are election deniers. The media has never called out Democrats for being election deniers. Then, surely, it's more important for Congress to see a sitting president's taxes than a former president's taxes since the sitting president is part of their oversight mandate and a former president is a private citizen just like you are. This means that the Supreme Court made it fair game for Congress to subpoena the tax records of any and all private citizens. Pelosi is a classless disgruntled backbencher that is celebrated for her policies on the border, the economy, and what she calls election deniers. Pelosi criticized House Republicans for investigating President Biden and his son Hunter when all she and the Democrats have done is launch one investigation after the next against Republicans. Then, slash the DOJ and their budget if they're going to go after parents. Republicans in the House need to take a principled stand against the radical left. Later, FBI Director Christopher Wray refuses to answer questions on whether the FBI is receiving private social media information and whether they are tracking the names of American citizens in conjunction with that social media data. This seems like a massive civil liberties problem. Afterward, the White House through their partners set up dark money groups that won't be scrutinized until after the 2024 election. They plan to make it look like the Republicans are politically persecuting David Brock's front groups when the reverse is actually happening. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, WPHT radio host Rich Zeoli fills in for Mark. The media, Nancy Pelosi, and the Democrats claimed that the shooter at an LGBTQ nightclub was motivated by Trump and trans-phobic Maga Republicans, yet it has been revealed in court that the shooter identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. The left always uses tragedies to advance their agenda, and now they’re twisting themselves to use the Colorado nightclub shooting to attack republicans. Then, in breaking news, Dr. Anthony Fauci will hopefully finally be grilled by a GOP House Committee before too long. Newly unredacted emails obtained through a FOIA request reveal that there was significant doubt amongst internal government staff over the official story regarding the origins of the covid-19 virus. It is obvious now that Fauci broke federal laws regarding gain of function research, especially in Wuhan. Later, Biden claims that his student loan debt relief scam is legal and pressed pause on payments until the court fully rules on it the case. This means that the Supreme Court today made it fair game for Congress to subpoena the tax records of any and all private citizens. Congress's role is legislative oversight, not the criminal investigations of private citizens. Later, there are various statutes violated by this Administration. Many of these laws are ignored for Democrats and they are unequally expanded for Republicans. High-ranking officials from the Attorney General to the Secretary of Homeland security have paved the way for this along with their lawyers and staffers.
