They don’t have anyone and have no plan and, we are running out of time and reaching a point of no return. It’s time to engage the Biden administration, expose the Department of Justice, and secure the border. Mitch McConnell is running away with the federal budget and the national debt, and now is caving to Democrats and Chuck Schumer on an immigration bill that would expand the Democrat base. It doesn’t secure the border but kicks the can down the road and sets up another wave of amnesty. When Title 42 expires next week, the number of border crossings will skyrocket past already historic levels now. Also, Peter Schweizer calls in to discuss McConnell’s lack of leadership in the Senate, and that he’s going after Donald Trump to help the DOJ indict him. Later, in order for the liberals to take control of the government in Israel, they had to invite members who oppose the existence of the state of Israel. There were no complaints about this in the United States from any Jewish groups because they had no problem with it, just like they have no problem with Joe Biden giving the Palestinian Authority our tax dollars to subsidize terrorists. Finally, why are we on Earth for such a short period of time? On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer are celebrating the fact that they are very close to a massive omnibus spending bill and only a handful of people know what's in it since most members of the Senate have been kept out of the process. Each of them is trying to spend as much as they can before the new Congress takes over and they're doing it without any input from any committees, let alone from the people they represent. Then, Sen. Mike Lee calls in to discuss McConnell’s bad idea of cutting deals with Schumer on huge spending bills without any debate from the rest of the Senate. Lee says that only 2-3 members of the House and the Senate actually know what's in the bill. Later, Ronald Reagan ran in 1976 and was attacked for his intelligence and acting prowess despite being very well-read. Evan back then McConnell and the GOP establishment were against conservatives and said Reagan couldn't win because he wasn't a quality candidate, of course, he eventually won and was re-elected in a landslide. If Reagan hadn't won, the Soviet Union wouldn't have been destroyed, the economy wouldn't have rebounded, and future Republicans were elected. Afterward, it's clear that the January 6th Committee keeps going because they've come up empty-handed every time. While they claim to have 500 pages of threats against our 'democracy' it's all circumstantial and pieced together to tell their story in the media. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, a government shutdown is a paid vacation for bureaucrats, but most Americans don't get paid if their place of business is shut down. However, the real shut down is how Biden surrogates are poised to threaten Republican members of Congress and anyone in the media to shut them down with litigation if they dare mention any of the revelations of the Biden crime family. Lucky for the Biden's, most of those working in major media are America-hating leftists. Then, Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder of the FBX crypto exchange that just bilked investors out of billions, was arrested at the request of the U.S Department of Justice in the Bahamas on the eve of his testimony before Congress. AG Merrick Garland, like a good mob lawyer, will do anything to silence Fried and his status as a Democrat mega-donor. President Joe Biden has violated immigration laws, his party intends to pack the courts, and if he gets his way they'll destroy the voting system unless the courts and We The People stop him. Yet all the media can discuss is how dangerous Donald Trump is. This is the dismantling of America. Then, what is populism, and who determines who the majority is? While Marx often discussed 'classes" he never defined them. When it comes to unalienable rights does it matter whether it's populist or not? A jury finds the Trump organization guilty on 17 counts in a tax fraud case in Manhattan. It’s clear that a jury of your peers in NYC or DC is hostile to any Trump person or Trump entity. Prosecutors know this, so you can’t get a fair trial. Why would the Trump family not pay those taxes but pay all other taxes? Later, outside of Florida and NY House Republicans didn’t do well in the midterms because of redistricting. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Ludwig Von Mises was a genius and said that many people, even those that claim they are anti-communists, embrace the tenets of Marxism even if they themselves are not pure Marxists. This is the main issue with populism which abandons conservatism and gives way to Marxism. Incorporating phrases like the 'middle class' and 'common good constitutionalism' is a move away from a textual or originalist view of the constitution and replaces it with the fundamental premises of Marxism, or as they put it, 'good rule' which leads to tyranny. Then, more Twitter files were released by writer Matt Taibbi on Friday evening blowing the doors off of why Donald Trump was banned from Twitter. Twitter violated its own policies to protect you from Trump's tweets and coordinated its censorship with officials from government agencies that happened to be Democrats. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, President Biden just traded the world's foremost terrorist arms dealer for Brittney Griner, a female pro basketball player. Some in the media say she was chosen because choosing otherwise would be viewed as bigotry. Viktor Bout, the merchant of Death as he's known, is now free to work with Putin while a U.S Marine remains behind bars in Russia. Later, Sen. Tom Cotton weighs in on the prisoner exchange that Biden capitulated to with Russia. Cotton added that while Greiner admitted to her crime, Paul Whelan a US Marine who's been imprisoned for 4 years, denies any such crime of espionage has been committed. Then, like clockwork, the bureaucrats are once again whining about a government shutdown. Yet it wasn't as portrayed in such a dire manner when the government shut down the private sector during COVID. Afterward, Elon Musk released more Twitter Files to journalist Bari Weiss which reveal that many conservative accounts, including a scientist from Stanford University, and entire topics were blacklisted from searches and from trending on the platform. If this has been occurring at Twitter imagine what has been happening at other platforms like Facebook, Google and media organizations like the New York Times. Meanwhile, Dan Bongino calls in with his reaction to the news that he was blacklisted by Twitter. Finally, Sen. Mike Braun joins the program to discuss the potential coming government shutdown for not having a budget in place. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the racism against Herschel Walker from those in the media was reprehensible. The pseudo-conservative media and Mitch McConnell all blamed Donald Trump for Walker’s loss just like they blamed the Tea Party a dozen years ago. Establishment Republicans act as if they are one election away from making a huge contribution to the nation if it weren't for conservatives getting in their way. None of that is true. Then, the case from North Carolina currently before the U.S Supreme Court (Moore v. Harper) involves the Constitution being suspended by democrats extra constitutionally changing the voting rules in several states. The U.S Constitution is clear that the electoral process is set by each state's legislature doing it according to their constitution. No state court or governor can supersede the federal constitution. Later, the IRS issued a second warning to American taxpayers receiving more than $600 on PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, and Venmo and requires them to file a 1099 form as independent contractors. This has nothing to do with billionaires and is yet another lie from the Biden Administration; these agents are going after low and middle-income Americans earning $600 or more through any of these apps. Afterward Congressmen Jim Jordan and Kevin McCarthy both join the show to announce the rollback of vaccine mandates in the U.S military. Jordan voiced his support for Kevin McCarthy as Speaker. This week on the Mark Levin Show, former President Trump should distance himself from antisemitic Kanye West after their recent lunch at Mar-A-Lago. Trump has repeatedly demonstrated that he is the most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel president this country has ever seen. While Trump has never praised a Jew-hater, Biden most certainly has. Like clockwork, the Republicans led by Mitch McConnell are working with Chuck Schumer on a massive spending omnibus bill in the name of fully funding the government and they plan to do it in the lame-duck session. Interestingly, the Wall Street Journal will support this massive spending to keep the government open but sat idly by when the government shut down the private sector. Apple gives into China's request to remove the AirDrop function so that anti-lockdown protesters can't share information. Apple is also threatening Twitter with removal from the App Store because Elon Musk has opened the platform to share truths about COVID and other dissenting ideas that they suffocated in the past including former President Trump's account. Apple is using its monopolistic power to destroy disagreement and Gov. Ron DeSantis is their next target to be canceled. The Supreme Court under John Roberts has failed us once again, releasing 6 years of Donald Trump’s tax returns to Democrats, who will only leak them and use them to attack Trump. An appeals court panel shut down the special master review of the Mar-A-Lago documents. This underscores this program's suspicion that the Biden administration is testing how far district judges will go because they are committed, not to justice, but to indicting Donald Trump.
