57. Bring in the Ship

In this episode, I share a story from a football camp I attended in high school and how the lesson I learned from the coach still resonates today. What I learned at that camp taught me a lot about overcoming adversity.   To come full circle, I recently picked up Ryan Holiday's book: The Obstacle is the Way and 30+ years later this topic is still relevant.   One of my favorite lessons from Holiday's book is: obstacles and adversity shouldn't be seen as negativity but as areas of growth.
