Fox News Host turned top prosecutor in DC, Jeanine Pirro, engaged in gross prosecutorial overreach by urging multiple grand juries to charge protestors with felonies when the facts plainly warranted only misdemeanor charges.Fortunately, the grand jurors, sitting as the conscious of the community, refused to indict the protestors of felony crimes. It's a rare occurrence when a grand jury refuses to indict a case that a prosecutor urges them to indict. Yet Donald Trump's US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro, had grand juries tell her N0, they would NOT indict two protestors for assaulting police officers.
