With Trump Picks For His Administration, It Looks Like His Goal Is To Make America FELONIOUS Again
The Hill has reported on the legal and criminal problems associated with several of Donald Trump's administration picks, under the headline, "These are the Trump appointees who have faced legal troubles". Given Trump's own guilty verdicts on 34 felony counts, together with the legal troubles of nominees like Charles Kushner, Peter Navarro, and others, the slogan "make America great again" seems less accurate than the slogan "make America felonious again".If you're interested in supporting our all-volunteer efforts, you can become a Team Justice patron at: / glennkirschner If you'd like to support us and buy Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Check out Glenn's website at https://glennkirschner.com/Follow Glenn on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glennkirsch...See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Rather Than Wait To Be Fired By Trump, FBI Director Christopher Wray Resigns
Once Donald Trump announced that he intended to nominate Kash Patel as the Director of the FBI, the writing was on the wall for the current FBI head Chris Wray. The problem is, FIB Directors are appointed for 10-year terms to help provide some independence and separation between the FBI and the president and his administration. A president can only fire the head of the FBI for good cause. But rather than force Trump's hand into what would be a wrongful firing, Wray "obeyed in advance" and resigned. Wray said he was resigning because, in his opinion, it was best for the FBI. But is it best for the American people? Or for American democracy? If you're interested in supporting our all-volunteer efforts, you can become a Team Justice patron at: / glennkirschner If you'd like to support us and buy Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Check out Glenn's website at https://glennkirschner.com/Follow Glenn on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glennkirsch...See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

NY AG Leticia James and NY DA Alvin Bragg Tell Trump They WILL NOT Dismiss His Cases
As we continue to look for points of light amidst the Trump-induced darkness, new reporting shows that Trump's demands that his New York civil fraud case and his NY guilty verdicts in his criminal case have been rejected by AG James and DA Bragg, respectively. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg refused Trump's lawyers' demands to dismiss his criminal guilty verdicts. Per USA Today: "'President-elect immunity does not exist.' New York prosecutors defend Trump conviction". NY Attorney General Leticia James refused Trump's lawyer's demands to dismiss his civil fraud case. Per Forbes: "New York AG Leticia James Rejects Trump's Request to Drop Civil Fraud Lawsuit".If you're interested in supporting our all-volunteer efforts, you can become a Team Justice patron at: / glennkirschner If you'd like to support us and buy Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Check out Glenn's website at https://glennkirschner.com/Follow Glenn on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glennkirsch...See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Trump Threatens Prison for Liz Cheney - Part 2 Should President Biden Pardon The Innocent?
It's being reported that President Joe Biden is considering issuing pardons to people who committed no crimes, but who are in Donald Trump crosshairs to be vindictively prosecuted. There are strong arguments on either side of this volatile issue: whether the people who investigated, exposed and attempted to prosecute Trump for his crimes should be given pardons - even though they, themselves have committed no crimes - to prevent Trump's weaponized Justice Department from wrongfully prosecuting those people. Glenn lays out the arguments on both sides of the issue.

Trump Threatens Prison for Liz Cheney - Part 1 Cheney Stands Fast
Part 1 of a 2 part podcast. Donald Trump is doubling-down on his plan to prosecute the innocent - the members of the January 6th House Select Committee who investigated and exposed Trump's democracy-busting January 6th crimes.Trump defiantly announced that he wants Cheney and the others in prison for investigating him. Trump's promise to vindictively pursue Cheney, Representative Bennie Thompson, and the other members of the committee, is an obvious and extreme abuse of governmental power.

Four More J6 Defendants Sentenced, As Judges Warn of Ongoing Danger To Democracy
Even as Donald Trump pledges love and pardons for the January 6th defendants - people he told to march on the Capitol and stop the certification of Joe Biden's election win - federal judges are sentencing defendant after defendant for participating in the very attack Trump directed. During four J6 sentencing hearings on Dec. 6th, several federal judges sounded the alarm, highlighting the ongoing danger to American democracy by those who would downplay or misrepresent the nature of the January 6th attack on the Capitol.

Donald Trump's Nominees Are Failing, One After Another.
Donald Trump hasn't even been sworn in yet, and it seems his influence is waning. Senate Republicans rejected Rick Scott for Senate Majority Leader. Trump's pick for Attorney General, Matt Gaetz, had to withdraw after it became clear that many Senate Republicans would not support him. Trump named Chad Chronister as his pick to head up the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) but, after some Republican criticism, Chronister withdrew his name (causing Trump to play catch-up, thereafter claiming that HE pulled Chronister's name). And now, it looks like Trump's pick for Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, is on the fast rack to . . . nope. What do these developments tell us about Trump's influence and control over the Republican Party?
