#112 - Seann Walsh - Life Lessons From A Comedian
Seann Walsh is one of the greatest comedians to come out of the UK. He performed his first gig in 2006 and only 3 yers later won several awards, including new comedian of the year. Seann has performed at Leeds, Reading and Glastonbury festival as well as feature on every great panel show, usually standing out for his witty observational humour. He has also had successful sell out tours of his own and will be touring again this year! In this episode we discuss what make a great stand up comic, how to make a joke work and how be funny. We also largely discuss the strictly scandal he was wrapped up in, in 2018 and how that led to panic attacks, severe anxiety and depression. Sean was incredibly brave opening up in this conversation - I'm honoured to share it with you today.

PPP - S3.1 - Understanding Anxiety w/ Dr. Russell Kennedy
D. Russell Kennedy (The Anxiety MD) is arguably the best in the world at understanding and healing anxiety. From his own experiences and through the many thousands of patients he has helped, Dr. Russ has developed a practice that is changing peoples lives.
This episode of PPP is different to the typical guided session we have provided in the past, in that Dr. Russ largely explains anxiety, why we suffer and how we can manage it. Anxiety is one of the leading causes that inhibits performance, but can also cripplingly affect the quality of someones life. I hoe this helps you or someone you know who experiences anxiety.
You can see more from Dr. Russ @theanxietyMD on all socials and by buying his book, 'Anxiety Rx': https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anxiety-Rx-Prescription-Relief-Created-ebook/dp/B08KPN8ZPV
