On this episode, I talk about shame and guilt, and how they impact those suffering with OCD and anxiety related disorders. Additionally, I offer some tips on what to do with it and how to reduce the negative and unwanted nonsense that can come with experiencing shame and guilt.

OCD, OCPD, and the Kardashians
I’m back to discuss the differences between Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD). On top of this, I talk about the Kardashians, not because I want to, but because of their use of the name “OCD” in their show and on YouTube. Long story short, they’re doin’ it wrong, and I’m here to talk about it.
Thank you all for listening and being a part of this podcast. Going into Thanksgiving I’m feeling really thankful to all you listeners out there.
If you like the show, heck, if you love the show, leave the show a review. Better yet, tell a friend.

What is Acceptance?
A question I get a lot is, “How do I accept my terrible thoughts? I dont want to accept them!” This episode is inspired by a listener’s question about this exact issue. I discuss what acceptance is and offer some practical ways we can practice acceptance with our thoughts and feelings (even the ones we don’t want).
Please remember to subscribe to the FearCast and write a review!

Winter Is Coming, and Gaslighting OCD
This delightful episode discusses the obvious; winter is coming! No, this is not a Game of Thrones reference. It is, however a way we can ease off our responsibility to get certainty RIGHT NOW about whatever we are anxious about.
I also answer a listener’s question about questioning whether they do or do not have OCD. It’s less diagnostic, and more about being gas-lit by family and friends who say the listener doesn’t have it.
If you like the show, please “like” and review the show. If you have a question for future episode, or have feedback about this episode, please message me over at www.FearCastPodcast.com and clicking on the submit a question link!

Anxious Drunk and Is God A Tyrant?
On this wonderful episode, I’m sharing one of my FAVORITE analogies and tricks for OCD and anxiety treatment. No kidding. I thought I’d keep this one in my back pocket, but here we are. I talk about what it means to be anxious drunk, how it’s a problem, and what we do once we’re there. I also answer a listener’s question about God and how we can square the possibility that God has created a bunch of people for eternal destruction! That’s right, a light topic for today’s episode.
If you like the FearCast Podcast, please consider reviewing the show or giving it a five star rating on your podcast outlet of choice. As I’ve said before, not only does it warm my cold, black heart, it also helps others find the show. Feel free to also message me through www.FearCastPodcast.com and tell me how I can make the show better!

ERP- Anxiety Doing The Thing and Avoiding The Thing
Episode 30, yah, this one, deals with a listener’s struggle deciding whether it’s the right exposure to do what they’re afraid of, or whether it’s a better exposure to not do the thing. They’re stuck! Its a great question, and an obstacle that some come across while doing ERP.
As always, thanks for listening. Please remember to subscribe to the podcast and give a like and review on your podcast listing of choice!

More Listener Questions
On this episode, I answer two listeners questions! The first question is from a listener suffering with religious Scrupulosity and is struggling to figure out what to do with his lack of feeling. The second question is from a woman asking about what to do with her awareness of her thoughts. Scrup and Hyperawareness! So, get excited! It’s a two-fer!

ROCD: Relationship OCD
Relationship OCD, or ROCD, is you guessed it, an OCD sub-type focused on your relationship! Didn’t see it coming, did you?
On this episode, I go over the basics of Relationship OCD and treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Mindfulness. The whole episode is inspired by a listener who wanted to know more about ROCD and was having some issues with confidence within his own ROCD struggles.
If you have a question for a future episode, please visit the submit a question page! Of course, I read every question and will very likely put it in a future episode (anonymously, of course).
Please remember to subscribe to the podcast and leave a review over at your favorite podcast outlet. It means a great deal to me and it helps new listeners find us.
