028 | The Biggest Lie I've Told Myself.. [OTT]

Friends.. In this episode of Off the Top:Learnings: i) The biggest lie I’ve told myself is that I need to ask for permission.. (hint: you can learn something from every person you interact with)Challenges: i) the battle of showing “authenticity” on Off the Top episodes.. Wanting to show both sides that are both positive & negative emotional states but at times feeling the weight of heavier dialogue, ii) producing more than I consume, which means I must restrict monkey brain or it wins.. always.Wins: i) the core ingredients of a mastermind (accountability partner & celebrating the small wins), ii) prove to yourself you can do hard things.. Lessons from the quintessential iceberg (:Eyes On: @tscheeelo intimate sets, a crowd of 15-25 folks enjoying music in what looks to be hyper-presence.
