Ready for your weekly pep talk? I actually debated doing a pep talk this week because honestly, I was nervous and uncomfortable. But as I continue to research and read I was reminded that being uncomfortable is exactly where I need to be. And it is OK to stumble through this. I am devasted by the murder of George Floyd and the racism that has occurred over the life of our country. We all lead busy lives, but finding time to learn and educate ourselves about a sensitive topic is exactly where our focus should be. I am working on my own education and I hope you do the same. These are the steps that I am taking and encourage you to share what you are doing as well. Take this time to reflect, learn, and listen.
