This week I’ve got Simon Severino on the show all the way from Vienna Austria. Simon is the CEO of Strategy Sprints which is a B2B firm that helps companies double their revenue in 90 days. In this episode Simon talks about the value of finding out what your true lead measures is for driving sales then going hard on driving that metric. It’s easy to get focused on the sales result but that’s a lagging measure, that’s the byproduct of other work.  Simon’s also got some great advice on how to grow your business organically, spending $0 on marketing until it reaches a certain level. This week we’ve got an amazing show with Catherine Tindall, a CPA who specializes in advanced tax reduction strategies through government credits and proactive planning. While COVID is in our rear view mirror there is still an opportunity for business owners to claim the Employment Retention Tax Credit, or ERTC for short. This credit is for employers affected by shutdowns in 2020 & 2021 who retained their employees. These credits can be significant. In this episode Catherine gets into the qualifications and potential credit amounts. This week  I’ve got Adam Jason from the Legacy Group on the podcast. The Legacy Group owns a portfolio of companies primarily based in Colombia. One of those companies is the Green Coffee Company which will soon be the number 1 coffee company in Colombia.Adam shares why it’s such a great time to invest in Colombia as a market due to the arbitrage that exists in between talent and infrastructure.
