Double Your Revenue in 90 Days with Simon Severino | Ep 57

This week I’ve got Simon Severino on the show all the way from Vienna Austria. Simon is the CEO of Strategy Sprints which is a B2B firm that helps companies double their revenue in 90 days. In this episode Simon talks about the value of finding out what your true lead measures is for driving sales then going hard on driving that metric. It’s easy to get focused on the sales result but that’s a lagging measure, that’s the byproduct of other work.  Simon’s also got some great advice on how to grow your business organically, spending $0 on marketing until it reaches a certain level. If you enjoyed this episode, I would really appreciate it if you could take 2 seconds to tap the 5-star review button on Apple podcasts and even better to leave me a quick review. Advanced Tax Reduction Strategies with Catherine Tindall | Ep 55

This week we’ve got an amazing show with Catherine Tindall, a CPA who specializes in advanced tax reduction strategies through government credits and proactive planning. While COVID is in our rear view mirror there is still an opportunity for business owners to claim the Employment Retention Tax Credit, or ERTC for short. This credit is for employers affected by shutdowns in 2020 & 2021 who retained their employees. These credits can be significant. In this episode Catherine gets into the qualifications and potential credit amounts. Towards the end we also get into some strategies on reducing your taxable income by converting active business activities into passive activities and then using passive losses to offset that income.  Links:www.dominiones.comBook Links:The Slight Edge: Turning Simple Disciplines into Massive Success and Happiness Hardcover - Jeff OlsonSend me a text3 ways I can help you make money through franchising: - Learn the basics from my weekly newsletter - Work directly with my team to buy your first franchise - Scale your franchise to 8-figures by joining my private community Find me on X / Twitter, LinkedIn, & YouTube

Investing in the Colombia Coffee Market with Adam Jason | Ep 53

This week  I’ve got Adam Jason from the Legacy Group on the podcast. The Legacy Group owns a portfolio of companies primarily based in Colombia. One of those companies is the Green Coffee Company which will soon be the number 1 coffee company in Colombia.Adam shares why it’s such a great time to invest in Colombia as a market due to the arbitrage that exists in between talent and infrastructure. The Legacy Group is looking to make it easy for US-based investors to gain access to deals in Colombia that years prior would have been very difficult. I am personally invested in the Green Coffee Company as I believe they have a great business plan with consolidating farms, adding technology & systems, growing through acquisitions, moving up the value chain and one day hopefully going public. If you enjoyed this episode, I would really appreciate it if you could take 2 seconds to tap the 5-star review button on Apple podcasts and even better to leave me a quick review. Links:https://legacy-group.co/ Book Links:The Power Law: Venture Capital and the Making of the New Future - Sebastian MallabySend me a text3 ways I can help you make money through franchising: - Learn the basics from my weekly newsletter - Work directly with my team to buy your first franchise - Scale your franchise to 8-figures by joining my private community Find me on X / Twitter, LinkedIn, & YouTube
