Have you read SmartRecruiters' "Diversity Hiring Report"? aka The path to Hell is paved with good intentions...Ya' should, even if it is a little depressing. Chief Customer Officer Rachel Orston joins the podcast and discusses the results of surveying over 400 employers about diversity recruiting. Needless to say, we have a long way to go.
