How to Hear Your Intuition
Is it a voice? Is it a person? Is it me?Oh, the glorious (yet elusive) intuition! The coolest sixth sense, the touch point to the divine, and the place where all of those juicy answers live. But, how can we tap into that innate wisdom? How can we hear the reply from the divine? And what exactly does it sound like?Today on the podcast, I'm teaching you how to access your intuition, how to ask the right questions, and how to derive great wisdom from your higher consciousness. It's got all the answers you ever need if you know where to go and what to ask. (I'm making it sound like an ultra secret high-end nightclub, but I swear, it's cooler than that and you don't need a fancy verbal password to get in).Plus, I'm answering your burning questions on the subject in this super fun episode. So, tune it and enjoy! In this episode, you'll learn:- How to listen to your intuition.- How to access that connection to your higher power. - Why there really isn't just a "use your brain" or "use your heart" answer. Instead, it's more of a wholistic answer that you can tap into that encompasses all of it.- How to call on your intuitive powers and strengthen your connection.- What kind of questions you can ask your intuition and how to get guidance.- Why you need to be in a quieter state to calm the monkey mind.Resources mentioned:Your Best LifeYour Conscious EmpireMy coaching offeringsFlow With Intention by Jess LivelyFind Kelly:Instagram: @kellytrachkellytrach.comMusic for The Kelly Trach Show is by Ikson: soundcloud.com/iksonSupport for this episode comes from:Teachable. What if You Let it Be Easy?
Are you making your life harder than it needs to be?Today we're talking about the metric of ease. Oh yeah, baby. You heard me right: ease. Not working hard, not hustling, not grinding, but ease. For my whole life until last year, I identified as a hard worker. And then, when I started learning about the energy work and accessing my higher consciousness, I dropped it. It was actually holding me back and hindering my growth because I was working from a place of fear rather than love.We always have two choices when it comes to life: taking action from a place of fear and scarcity or working from a place of love and abundance. In this episode today, I'm going to be teaching you how to dip into that second narrative instead. So, tune in and let your life be easy!In this episode, you'll learn:- Why you need to let go of your ego's attachment to the identity of being a hard worker and how it's hindering you.- How to open yourself up to the easy solution and find it.- Why the metric of ease is the most important one.- Why I don't believe in the words hard work, hustle, and grind. (+ Why I intentionally keep them out of my conscious vocabulary).- The difference between working from love versus fear.- Why easy path can also be the right and obvious path if you let your ego step aside.Resources mentioned:Flow with Intention Online by Jess LivelyYour Best LifeYour Conscious EmpireEckhart TolleThe Desire Map by Danielle LaPorteFind Kelly:Instagram: @kellytrachkellytrach.comMusic for The Kelly Trach Show is by Ikson: soundcloud.com/iksonSupport for this episode comes from:Four Sigmatic. Exploring RTT & Theta Healing with Christy Bartelt & Ana Salazar
So, what are these magical modalities like?Today, I am so excited to welcome my two friends Christy Bartelt and Ana Salazar to the show and deep dive on some of the modalities that I've been enjoying lately. In this episode, you'll learn all about what a Rapid Transformational Therapy and Theta Healing session is truly like. I'm always so curious about what actually happens between a practitioner and a student in these magical modalities. So, today on the show, I have Christy and Ana here to explain it in full depth to you.As you know from this recent episode, I've been doing very well and you heard that I had a fear of telling people I was successful because I was worried that it would make people dislike me. How I found and removed this mental block was through RTT and Theta Healing. Now, I know the conscious mindset inside out. I really do. Yet, diving into the subconscious mind is a whole new ball game because you don't actually know what's in there. Sometimes we hold on to stuff in our subconscious mind for years and it's truly limiting us and we don't even know it. That's exactly where RTT and Theta Healing come into play to help us remove those hidden barriers to health, love, and success. This episode is so fun, it's so high-vibe, and you'll feel like you're just hanging out with the three of us for coffee! It's perfect for anyone wanting to learn more about the subconscious mind, our brain waves, and how to clear your blocks.About Christy:Christy Bartelt is an avid meditator, certified hypnotherapist, and Rapid Transformational Therapist trained by the incredible Marisa Peer. Christy guides her clients to freedom from the issues that hold them back; releasing them from their subconscious belief patterns and showing them how to upgrade their lives. She successfully works with motivation, self-worth, addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, phobias, money blocks and health issues.Christy is also the mama to two sweet and spicy young boys. After leaving her corporate job in 2012 to be a stay at home mom, a series of medical events left her unhealthy and depressed. When traditional medicine failed to help her heal she made it her mission to understand how she could heal herself. After overcoming adrenal fatigue, chronic inflammation and depression Christy was inspired to help others do the same. That passion lead her to Rapid Transformational Therapy, the most profound health and wellness hack Christy has come across. Christy loves helping her clients transform their lives.About Ana:Ana Salazar is multi-passionate human. She's a marketing professional, food blogger, bread baker, avid reader and yoga fanatic. Her endless curiosity led her to find Theta Healing as a powerful tool for growth, self development and service to others. She is originally from Colombia and now lives in Peru with her husband and two cats.In this episode, you'll learn:- What is Rapid Transformational Therapy by Marisa Peer.- Who is Marisa Peer.- What is Theta Healing.- The difference between Rapid Transformational Therapy and Theta Healing.- How Ana and Christy both flowed into these roles with so much serendipity.- What a session is really like, what it feel likes to be hypnotized, and how it feels to be "theta dunk." (aka high on cloud 9!)- That you can do an RTT session or Theta Healing session over Skype. (Which is perfect because Christy is in the US, Ana is in Peru, and I'm in Canada. The magic of the internet!)- "We are a part of a universe that is holding us all the time." - Ana Salazar- "Trust that the things you need will come to you. Trust that you are being supported. And if you don't know how to trust, just repeat to yourself everyday: "I will learn how to trust and the universe will show me how to trust." That is the perfect beginning." - Ana Salazar- "Do not ever doubt the power within your own mind to heal yourself and to change your life." - Christy Bartelt"Everything that you need is within yourself. You just need to learn how to access it." - Christy BarteltResources Mentioned:Your Best LifeJess LivelyFlow With Intention OnlineLife With Intention OnlineHow to Overcome Your Upper Limit Problem vs. Self-Sabotaging Your New Success - The Kelly Trach ShowMarisa PeerMarisa Peer's TEDx Talk: To reach beyond your limits by training your mindRTT TherapistsTheta HealingTheta Healing PractitionersThe Double Split ExperimentSpirit DaughterBraving the Wilderness by Brene BrownHuman DesignFind Christy:christybartelt.comFacebook: Christy Bartelt Rapid Transformational TherapyFind Ana:anacocina.comTwitter: @anacocinaInstagram: @loqueanacocinaFind Kelly:Instagram: @kellytrachkellytrach.comMusic for The Kelly Trach Show is by Ikson: soundcloud.com/iksonSupport for today's show comes from:Teachable. Quitting is Underrated
Here's why quitting is the best thing ever.Don’t demonize quitting. Celebrate it.I love quitting. I also have a huge track record of quitting things that weren't working in my life (as you'll hear in this episode). When you honor your intuition and know how to take inspired action, quitting will feel really good and free. 'Cause, we're all seeking freedom, right? Quitting takes more courage and devotion that sticking it out, keeping it on the resume to "look good" for the next employer, and hoping to see if the relationship will get better.Quitting is the starting line. Quitting is the most wildly empowering thing you can do. And, if you want a better life - try eliminating all of the things that aren't working in your life and just enjoy the good stuff. This is a whole lot easier than uprooting your life, moving to Bali, and doing the whole 4-Hour Work Week methodology to get a brand spanking new life. This episode is perfect for anyone looking to do something new in their life. If you're looking for a starting line, this is it.In this episode, you'll learn:- Why you should quit the stuff that's no working in your life.- How to know when you should quit something. (+ How to tune into your own intuition to find the answer).- How to know when change is on the horizon in your life and what to do about it.- About the metaphor of the rising phoenix and why you've gotta die to be reborn.- How to ask the super empowering question of: "what's not working in my life?"- Why awareness is the first step to change.Resources mentioned:- Your Best Life- The Eat Pray Love Movie- Jordan Bach- Gabby Bernstein- Michael Bernard BeckwithFind Kelly:Instagram: @kellytrachkellytrach.comMusic for The Kelly Trach Show is by Ikson: soundcloud.com/iksonSupport for this episode comes from:Teachable. Throw Out Everything You Know & Go With How it Feels
Sometimes, it’s the only way to get the right answer & arrive at your truth.Quite often, we default to what we know, what've we've been told, and what we've done in the past. In reality, sometimes we have to chuck all that out and simply tune into how it feels in the present moment. You are a different person now. You have so much new knowledge and you must honor that. (Yay for personal growth!) Now, this can feel really awkward when you need to pipe up and explain that something which worked in the past, no longer feels right. When you need to make a big choice or when the wind in your sails changes, listen to this episode and learn how to express that vocally and how to silence your inner critic when it says what you "should" do instead. In this episode, you'll also learn how to give yourself the grace and permission to say what you feel, honor your soul's calling, and express that you've had a change of heart. Often, we can feel flaky or worry that people won't respect us anymore if we share our truth, yet it's far better than showing up with resentment. This episode is perfect for anyone moving through change, a personal evolution in their life, or if you need a tiny reminder to just be who you are in this moment in time, no matter what you did before. In this episode, you'll learn:- How to listen to your intuition and take the feelings-based approach.- That you are your own guru and all of your answers are inside of yourself.- How to say no and tell people that you've changed your mind.- How to quit something that you've said yes to previously.- How to throw out everything you've learned and honor what your body is telling you in the present moment.- How to lean into the best case scenario and the worst case scenario when making a leap.- Why you need to stop "shoulding" all over yourself.Resources mentioned:- Your Best Life- The Inner Circle- The Feelings-Based Approach Tutorial- My YouTube Channel- How Creating Space & Stillness is the Secret to Getting What You Want - The Kelly Trach Show- How to Overcome Your Upper Limit Problem vs. Self-Sabotaging Your New Success - The Kelly Trach ShowFind Kelly:Instagram: @kellytrachkellytrach.comMusic for The Kelly Trach Show is by Ikson: soundcloud.com/iksonSupport for this episode comes from:Teachable.
