One of the interesting points we talked about on a show last week was high level executives moving from one company to another - like the head of Uber Freight going to Flexport.  What are you hearing in terms of moves like that? There’s also the possibility, inadvertently or not, of people talking to individuals at another company and trying to get them to change companies - especially in cases where certain companies need certain types of people.  What are you hearing about people being targeted for jobs at other companies? It used to be that people were getting a new job for a substantial raise, thus the great resignation.  Now it seems like people are getting a new job for job security - is that the way to go if they don’t feel settled in their current position? Like we talked about last time, it's always been welcome to the company, have a nice day. Why have some of the better brokerages adapted a more comprehensive training plan? We all know what the cream of the crop does, but what about those who see the value in implementing a training program but struggle with how to implement it. Like if they can’t justify the people to create the training, taking employees off the floor etc? What about re-training or continuous learning? If someone is already doing their job well why bother pulling them into some training? What about leadership training? Motivating a team to stay engaged and not letting underperformers get outshined by the top ones?  My biggest gripe is asking for feedback and then not doing anything about it.
