Mobility in transportation employment

Charlie, we’re seeing lots of layoffs and obviously some repositioning of a lot of pieces right now - how hectic is the world of recruiting at the moment?

One of the interesting points we talked about on a show last week was high level executives moving from one company to another - like the head of Uber Freight going to Flexport. What are you hearing in terms of moves like that?

There’s also the possibility, inadvertently or not, of people talking to individuals at another company and trying to get them to change companies - especially in cases where certain companies need certain types of people. What are you hearing about people being targeted for jobs at other companies?

It used to be that people were getting a new job for a substantial raise, thus the great resignation. Now it seems like people are getting a new job for job security - is that the way to go if they don’t feel settled in their current position?
