Unfortunately like everything on the internet, it seems like everything got a bit modelled and Brian is able to example it all too us.

114. Matt Miller | CrossFit and Mental Health
In this episode Fern and Matt Miller discuss what the mental health field has to offer coaches and box owners. As Affiliate begins to broaden our outreach to try to work with the "underserved" populations it is important for coaches to be able to meet those clients wherever they are in that journey. How we speak to people and the questions we ask can have a massive effect on their outcomes. It’s a skill set that many coaches maybe under quipped for, we hope this episode helps you guys have those hard conversations and make them a little less awkward on both sides. This is a very informative episode and is full of information, we hope it is helpful and it helps you as coach and owner.

113. Mike Witous | Fittest Dwarf on Earth
On to days episode, Jason Ackerman chats with Mike Witous, the Fitness Dwarf on Earth. Even though that title is self pro-claimed, he is very fit dude. You may have seen him absolutely kill it at Wodapalooa. Mike works very closely with the adaptive community to ensure that a standard for RX males is being created that allows for fair competition, to allow for their own division to hopefully be created. Mike is also working on getting programming out there to help other little people do crossfit or even have the confidence to go into any global gym, he’s just waiting on being able to get his Level 1 before he put that out there. He’s a great, funny guy that you’ll hear that who genuinely wants to help raise awareness and make space for all to be comfortable to compete within the sport. - It’s a great interview.

111. Q + A with Chris Hinshaw
Hey listeners! Today’s episode is a real insight for you guys. As you maybe know we run a mentorship group and as part of that there are weekly calls and during these calls, there is a certain topic that is discussed. Along with we have guest coaches on to provide an insight into their speciality subjects and allow for them to answer questions directly. This episode is the mentorship call with Chris Hinshaw from back in August.
This is a unique opportunity to see into mentorship, which is something that is not being offered anywhere. It’s a long term development over weeks and months with constant new material, that is tailored to the individual whether your a coach who’s been coaching for 10 years or if you have your level 1 for a week. This will help you get your level 2 or 3 (members have already) and help you improve as a coach. - Any questions, make sure to reach out to us! - Mastermind Crossfit Coaching Development.

Hey listeners! Today episode host Fern chats with Brandon Price they met on Brandon’s level one back in 2017. Then about two years go Brandon com to Fern asking for help with Coaching development. Brandon was working within Sports management when he found the Fitness on Earth on Netflix, went to his local affiliate. Now, this episode now focuses on how to develop as a coach over a long time and getting a mentor. This is where we get a lot of question what should I do after my level 1? Level 2 prep? And getting ready for level 3? This episode will help you navigate those time which everyone goes through, and shows you how an actual coach is doing it.
Brandon is a hard-working driven individual, who showed and asked for help to get better and is. Which is the main point to be taken form this.
