On March 10, 2017, Jessee Baldwin filed a police report, just four days before her 40th birthday, which was the cutoff for reporting in California.Starting at just 12 years old, she was groomed and abused by her 7th grade teacher at North Valley Baptist Church & Schools in Redding, CA (now known as Crosspointe Community Church).
