Nadia Townsend is a dramaturg known for her work on Mad Max: Fury Road and Thor: Love and Thunder. On her website she writes that "dramaturgy is the study of dramatic composition. Dramaturg literally means drama worker, a title more often found in the theatre. As a film dramaturg I ‘work the drama’ through the rehearsal process. It is neither, director, writer, nor acting teacher, but rather a role which works with the essential elements of the narrative and gets all the players on the same page." He is also one of the most influential British comic book artists of the 1980s and early 1990s having created comics such as Freakwave, Strange Days, Skin, Paradax, and more. Brendan has also worked as a concept and storyboard artist on an unmade music video for Michael Jackson's Bad, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990), Coneheads, Pinocchio, Thunderbirds, Reboot, and more.
