Here's a scenario. You've ordered a brand-new treadmill online. It arrives, only for you to discover, it's not really your thing and you want to return it. You contact the seller. There's a good chance they're not the ones who are going to be picking it up, but rather they'll reach out to a third party that they've contracted with to handle their returns; a company like Sharetown.
