David currently owns the Gym 'The Body Shapers' and also runs a marketing business that helps other small businesses grow. Today we discuss food waste with Donny Chien and his journey as an entrepreneur. Donny Chien founded YWaste in 2017 which is a business that connects food merchants who have surplus food at the end of the day with consumers who want to save on their meals. The business has seen massive success, reaching #4 on the Australian app store as of lately and being partnered with over 400 food merchants. Donny is a passionate and authentic character who is on a mission to solve food wastage in Australia and around the world.

We caught up with Rizvi Mridha for episode 4 and talked about entrepreneurship for University students and the process of starting a business. Rizvi co-founded bimble, the tinder for travellers in 2013 and it became the most successful crowdfunded mobile app in Australian history, at the time. He then co-founded Hampr, the thriving corporate catering business where he now works. Previously Rizvi has received 3 degrees from ANU, worked in economic policy and as a consultant for KPMG

This week we caught up with Jack Jacobs a Philosophy and Law student at the University of Sydney. Whilst undertaking studies he volunteers at Redfern Legal Centre and works as a research assistant. He is also a keen reader, ex-head prefect of Newington College and an overall incredibly interesting person.

On our second episode we have a chat with Maya Eswaran. Maya studies Arts/Laws at USYD and is currently on the board of the University of Sydney Union (USU), is a member of the USYD debating team (best student debating team in the world) and heavily involved with Activism on campus.
