Normalizing Non-Monogamy - Interviews in Polyamory and Swinging
Emma and Fin
Hi! We’re Emma and Fin! We’re a married couple in our thirties who have been exploring non-monogamy for over 15 years. Every week we interview people from across the spectrums of gender, sexuality, and relationship styles to hear their amazing stories.
Many of our guests identify as swingers or polyamorous. However, quite a few have redefined non-monogamy in their own way by creating a unique dynamic that works for them. We hope that by giving a voice to the diverse community exploring non-monogamy that we can show people they are not alone and inspire them to embrace their true selves so that, together, we can open minds and live authentically without shame.
We hope you enjoy the show and who knows, maybe someday you’ll even be up for sharing your own story. We’d love to hear it!

Ep 221 - She, My Wife, and I (Kate + Travis)
This conversation with Kate and Travis has so much depth, laughter, and love. It's amazing... There isn't much that's conventional about these two and we absolutely love how proud they are and how they support each other.
In a nutshell... They have been together 10 years and married for one. It all started when Travis' friend bet him that he couldn't hook up with Kate. But first, they became roommates. Kate moved in but not to her room... To Travis'. Then they started hooking up, then exploring with threesomes, then within four months Kate was pregnant. Then Kate moved out and they decided to try dating each other instead of just hooking up. Then... Surprise, a second baby! Years later, they're still going strong. Best friends exploring non-monogamy and living life to the fullest. It's a beautiful and fun story.
Last year, Kate and Travis decided to start documenting some of their journey on a podcast called She, My Wife, and I. Check it out to learn more and follow along as they adventure through life together!

Ep 220 - Rachel
Rachel started exploring non-monogamy in 2015 when she was in her late twenties and her boyfriend brought it up. Initially, they went down the hotwife path but through those experiences she realized she was seeking deeper connections. Over the last few years she has been exploring what it is she wants from non-monogamy and how to make it a reality. We have great conversations about confronting jealously from both sides (being the one who is jealous and being the one who is inducing it in a partner), sexual health, and going after what you want in life. It is a beautiful interview and we hope you enjoy it.
Rachel is also the author of the newly released book called Open: An Uncensored Memoir of Love, Liberation, and Non-Monogamy. Order it today, support her work, and go even deeper than we do in our interview.

FF 2.3 - The Enneagram Experience with Kelsia - Part 3
The Enneagram is a personality and motivation assessment. It is one of the most powerful and insightful tools for understanding ourselves and others at a deeper level. At its core, the Enneagram helps us to see ourselves at a deeper, more objective level and can be of invaluable assistance on our path to self-knowledge.
For this 3-part series, we've partnered with Enneagram coach Kelsia from Expansive Connection to help us understand our Enneagram types better. This three part series mirrors the Enneagram Experience she offers to anyone looking to understand themselves and those around them better.
Part 1
Kelsia explains the nine different personality types and then dives into the details of our specific numbers. We get into an emotional conversation about how all of the behaviors and motivations she describes are incredibly accurate and how they play out for us in our lives and relationships.
Part 2
Kelsia explains how we adapt in times of stress and times of calm. Our Enneagram numbers don't change but we take on traits from other types. The three of us talk about what this looks like for us specifically and how we can help support each other in times of stress and ironically, even in times of calm.
Part 3
Kelsia digs into the centers of intelligence and how to tap into yours. Listening to your body is incredibly important. She walks through an exercise with us to help us understand this better.

Ep 219 - Franziska
Franziska doesn't love labels but she's in her early twenties and identifies as a queer, bisexual, gender queer, kinky switch... She's shares with us how she was really first exposed to non-monogamy while living in Berlin and how her approach to relationships has evolved over the last few years.
She also talks about how non-monogamy has informed other aspects of her life beyond her relationships. This led her to join the team at Bloom. Bloom is a sex-positive and consent-forward dating and social community. We highly recommend you download the app and check out the incredible work that her, Luna from episode 212, and the rest of the Bloom team are doing. Enjoy!
