James and Dan catch up after a very busy week. Dan discusses his fifth place finish at the European 24hr Champs with a new British Road Record of 273km. James discusses his finish at last weeks Tor Des Geants, a 220 mile non-stop mountain race around the Aosta Valley of Italy. Warning: Very Bad Language throughout.

Mark won the Arc of Attrition 100 in a massive course record last weekend. He also has course record’s at Lakeland 100 and NDW100 amongst others. Dan and James discuss the Centurion Running Track 100 where Aleksandr Sorokin ran a new World Best for 100 miles in 11:14 before going on to the 12 hour world record in addition. And where Samantha Amend finally cracked the British Female all time 100 mile best with a 14:34…. alongside many other sensational performances to boot.
