Marketing Domination: Digital Battleplan For Small Business Owners [Shaily Hakimian]
Podcast Guest Shaily Hakimian:
"What stops you from consistently posting on social media? Time and accountability with a clear payoff.
What if your own social media actually got you in front of more connections?
You are a seasoned networker who knows the value of being physically present, but you don’t have the time to follow up after the fact as much as you should for your business.
What you need is social media GPS to actually help you get in front of your connections at scale using the power of the internet.
What exactly do I do?
I take a deep dive into your web presence and then sit down with you 1-on-1 to review what works about your social media and what parts need more love. You will leave with updated social media pages and fresh ideas on how you can handle your social media without the headaches.
Working alone sucks. Just know I will be the person to check in with you every month to answer questions and provide the accountability that you didn’t know you needed.

My social media journey started in high school when my online reality competition shows needed an online hub for our activities. I ran that hub (a.k.a. Myspace group) like I run social media accounts today. It was early social media skills long before the term was even really coined.
My first business was a bake sale fundraiser when I was 17. After raising $2200 for my favorite charity, I am at it again. Now I put my teaching degree to good use as a social media sherpa, motivational math tutor, facilitator, and public speaker.
I am a first-generation Moroccan-Iranian, lover of cheesy ice-breakers, a fan of iPads in education, someone who encourages/facilitates dialogue and debates, a Twitter networker, a poker lover, a bubble tea aficionado, a sequins enthusiast, an attendee TEDx and TED-like events, and open about sharing my Jewish identity with others.

Networking: The Missing Piece To Work-Life Balance | Dr Mark Stone | Podcast #90
Networking is often seen as a necessary evil in the business world, a means to an end of climbing the corporate ladder. But what if we told you that networking is not only beneficial, but a secret weapon in achieving success? In this episode with Dr Mark Stone we delve into the power of networking and the importance of building relationships in the workplace.
One of the biggest misconceptions in the business world is that the climb to the top is a solitary journey. However, this couldn't be further from the truth. When we create networks, we're creating long-lasting beneficial relationships. These relationships are reciprocal in the sense that we can pull on each other's strengths and talents. We all have our weaknesses, but with a network of connections, we know people who can help us fill in the gaps.
One of the keys to achieving work-life balance and success in the workplace is being self-aware. It's easy to get caught up in our own weaknesses, but it's important to focus on our strengths. By focusing on what we excel at, we can set ourselves and our team up for success. And when we're self-aware, we can identify blind spots and work on improving them.
Another key to success in the workplace is having "level 10 meetings". These meetings bring leadership teams together and allow them to stay on the same page. They're a dedicated time for strategic discussions, decision making, and setting actionable to-do's that everyone is accountable for. This mechanism for bringing people together not only allows for efficient problem-solving, but it also allows those working on their work-life balance to know when to address daily issues and when to save them for the strategic meeting.
Authentic leadership is also crucial in creating a positive work environment. In a recent study, it was found that when younger staff felt that there was a clear vision in place and that they had people around them who were honest, encouraging, and held them accountable, they felt more a part of the team and were more likely to stick around longer. Authenticity and self-awareness are essential for leaders to show an openness, a good moral perspective, and be transparent about decisions.
Going back to the importance of networking, when we get those people who are excited about what we're doing on board, good things tend to fall into place. The strength in numbers is real, and by creating networks, we're creating opportunities for growth and success. So, don't be afraid to reach out and make connections, you never know where it may lead you.
In conclusion, networking is not just a necessary evil, it's a secret weapon. By building relationships, being self-aware, having dedicated strategic meetings and practicing authentic leadership, we can set ourselves and our teams up for success and achieve work-life balance. So, go forth and network!

From Depression to Financial Success: The Journey of Kevin Palmieri
Podcast Guest Kevin Palmieri:
"I am the CFO, Founder & Co-Host of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Self-Improvement Podcast with more than 1,100 episodes and 675K+ listens in over 140 countries.
Some people find rock bottom... I found out that rock bottom had a basement.
In my mid 20's... I had it all.
I had a beautiful girlfriend, high paying job, sports car, my dream body... but I still ended up sitting on the edge of a bed debating suicide.
After my rock bottom moment, I went all in on holistic self-improvement.
I was determined to overcome my anxiety, depression and to finally live the life I'd always dreamed of.
Years later, I now host a podcast that impacts hundreds of thousands of people in countries all over the world.
At this stage, I've helped grow the podcast into a multi six-figure business, and I've recorded well over 1,000 episodes.
I've also given hundreds of speeches, trainings and coaching calls with people all over the world.
The main thing that changed was ME.
I focused on learning what I didn't know (unlearning a lot too), and my life started to shift.
I love talking about Consistency, Commitment, Habits, Mindset, Confidence, Fear, Relationships, Limiting Beliefs and everything in between.
I believe in a heart-driven but NO BS approach to holistic self improvement, and I look forward to teaching even more people about what it really takes to get to the next level!"
