Ryan Neman is just a great entrepreneurial story. He, and his partner Skyler, invested $400 in a tutoring company. Now, it's valued in the 9 figures! After struggling with Calculus in college, he looked for a tutor and found that it wasn't so easy to find a good one.    That was where the idea came from. This week's episode was a fun one. I interviewed JJ Dudum. He’s a principal at Discovery Land Co. They are truly the finest, most luxurious real estate communities on the planet. And he’s a self-made guy who has an inspiring story. He owned a couple of restaurants, with his brother. And. after they sold them, he wasn’t sure what to do next. A friend invited him to a golf outing that changed his life. It turned out that the other guys in the group were: Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley and John Elway. While interning at a toxic promotions company, Durve and her partner, Kelsi Kitchener, saw a need in the nightlife industry: Better management of the VIP experience at clubs. They brought the idea to their boss, in the hopes they'd accept it and they could start working on the new project.   She laughed at them and told them it was the worst idea that she ever heard!  Well Durve and Kitchener went ahead anyway and started VIPER Productions.  Fast forward to now, and they have a successful company operating in many different areas.
