We hear news of lockdowns and nationwide quarantine all over the world. Governments enforce rules with an iron fist to ensure everyone's safety from the menacing and highly infectious COVID 19. But how much power does a democratic government need for it to still fall under the folds of democracy? Ken Roth, our guest for today, is the Executive Director of the Human Rights Watch. He's here to tell us the different methods other countries are doing to combat the virus and whether they are true to the democracy they are supposed to uphold. He gives his opinion on how much force the government should use in this time of crisis and how much liberty the average American should exercise for the public good.   Ken Roth believes that we will overcome this as a nation, but he maintains that everyone should be watchful of the freedom we all fought so hard for. With COVID-19 hitting the nation hard, many people are wondering about those who are already experiencing chronic illnesses even before this pandemic. Are they more at risk? Will they need to suspend their treatment? What can they do to stay safe?  Gary Reedy, the President and CEO of the American Cancer Society, is here with us today to give clarity to some of the most pressing questions the general public may have regarding cancer patients and their vulnerability against coronavirus.
