Ken Roth, our guest for today, is the Executive Director of the Human Rights Watch. He's here to tell us the different methods other countries are doing to combat the virus and whether they are true to the democracy they are supposed to uphold. He gives his opinion on how much force the government should use in this time of crisis and how much liberty the average American should exercise for the public good.
