The themes for this episode are truth and freedom. This episode is the first of two where I will talk about the throat chakra and how shadows around communication and speaking your truth can prevent us from moving forward confidently.  The number 5 is the basis of this episode and also is the number of the year (2+0+2+1 = 5). The throat chakra is the 5th chakra and in numerology, 5 represents freedom, adventure and travel. I compiled some other connections to the number 5 to reinforce the throat chakra as the focus for the energy of this year.  Self expression, truth, communication, sharing information and teaching are all characteristics associated with both the throat chakra and the number 5. In this Episode, I am talking about compromise and balance.
