𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 In this Episode, I started by talking about the Lions Gate Portal and New Moon in Leo that just overlapped this Sunday, August 8. I love these energetic events and I explained that although they are potent opportunities for individual transformation, I prefer to offer group events to emphasize how we are all connected. Our heart chakra is a portal for connection and I feel like that was really strong during my Energetic Upgrade session that night! I ended up talking about shadow work which is in my energy now as I am teaching a workshop on Chakra Shadow Work in the Initiation Circle today! The book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz came into my awareness quite awhile ago, but I didn't read it until a couple of months ago. I was looking through the spiritual books available at my local library and it caught my eye. Then, it sat on my shelf until I heard it referenced in TWO podcast episodes in a row!  After reading it, I found that it kept working its way into conversations and it felt like something I should share with you! It is a straightforward book that is more of a life philosophy than a spiritual book in many ways. There is a sequel, the Fifth Agreement, so I included all five in this episode! 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 I followed a spirit crumb to share some downloads and insights that came to me from the cards I pulled yesterday morning (8/2) that really resonated with me. I've been getting a lot of messages to slow down and rest, and to celebrate my accomplishments. I did allow myself some time to take in my recent graduation, but really only a day or two. And yet, I've been constantly learning and creating for the past couple of months without really taking a break! I even have the 2 Receptive Power from my Visionary I Ching deck card sitting on my desk as a reminder! I realized I was meant to support others on their healing journey through grief or shadow work and in order to do that, I felt like a death doula course would reinforce my compassion and ability to hold space. 𝕋𝕙𝕖 ℂ𝕣𝕠𝕨𝕟 ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕜𝕣𝕒 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 & 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 In Episode 39, I am discussing the basics of the crown chakra. This chakra is our direct connection to Source and unity consciousness. It is about oneness and divinity and is where I believe we channel other beings and from our Higher self. As the final chakra, it tells us that unconditional love and realizing our connection to all beings is the goal of our human spiritual journey. We remember that we have a divine spark that exists in all life. As with the third eye chakra, there is more of a focus on opening than healing as most of our blocks are just normal human mindsets and limiting beliefs that we need to overcome. Letting go of attachments is central to the crown chakra.  It is important to remember that all of the chakras work together as one system and in order to maintain balance, we have to address our human needs and spiritual needs equally. It’s easy to stay in the upper chakras once we discover their energy because being a human is hard!
