Just as the Earth feels the cosmic energies of the planets, the other planets feels the energies from each other as we are all in a cosmic dance together. The month of September has all personal planets in direct motion, and Saturn stations direct on September 18 at 13 deg 55 Capricorn. Saturn has been retrograde since May and traveling with the South Node in Cappie. Both Saturn and the South Node's territory here activates 2014 as this is when Pluto in Capricorn was covering these same degrees in your chart.
