Eclipse energies have been very powerful in this cycle, signaling that it is very necessary to trust your energy levels and body consciousness even more. The dominant energies are feminine as most planets are in water and earth signs, and there is a lack of fire until the planets start entering Sagittarius. Mars retrograde in Gemini is reminding us to go slow and think it through even more, while the square to Neptune in Pisces is currently in effect and asking us to keep surrendering and detaching from one main objective. The Taurus Lunar Eclipse on November 8 holds dynamic compressed energies as 8 planets and points are in the fixed signs (Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius), creating an internal pressure for big change – but it’s being restrained by a T-square with Saturn in Aquarius. Scorpio season is in full swing as the Sun and Venus move ahead after the recent eclipse, and Mercury joins them in Scorpio starting October 29. From the middle of October through nearly the end of November (and one more time in March 2023), Mars in Gemini will be squaring Neptune RX in Pisces and creating an additional slow down for Mars to move through, especially during his retrograde phase from October 30 until January 13. Mars is receiving blasts of energy that take him out of his normal operating procedures and reliance on the mind, body, and personal needs. This ongoing square is dissolving those tendencies to say, do, move, or express with clarity, as Mars is being required to be more receptive to his intuition, feelings, heart messages, and a higher perspective beyond the present moment.
