Using my qualifications, and expertise as a Personal Trainer, and Correctional Exercise Specialist clients come to me for kinematic, and lifestyle support. These teachings are supported today with a awareness that our minds are of equal importance than just losing fat, getting fit and living healthier. As an evolving business model, Brave Body Fitness was started in 2018 to meet the needs of people who struggled with the space of a gym, or finding confidence to start living healthier. Today, clients come to me for mentoring with lifestyle and health advice which is infused with a deep connection with self. By 2028, the brand will be fully formed, and offering much more to meet all everyones needs. I would like the whole world to experience this journey. Mindfulness training is a passion of mine because it has helped me overcome PTSD, and imbalances in my life and wellbeing. I call the breath, ‘the doctor’ within. And, sleep, as the ‘hospital within us all’ because I have been really mentally unwell in life, and both practices now keep me healthy in my mind, body and soul.
