In episode 5 of the Men, Sex & Pleasure podcast, I chat with Will Blunderfield. He has been teaching yoga throughout Canada, the US and Asia for the last 11 years. He has a degree in Musical Theater from the American Musical & Dramatic Academy of New York (AMDA) as well as a degree in psychology from UBC with a minor in Food, Nutrition & Health. He recently completed a year long kundalini yoga teacher training program in Vancouver and India, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Facilitator training (program from University of Massachusetts Medical School), and was grateful to study in 2020 with Sexual Kung Fu Taoist Grandmaster himself, Mantak Chia.
