What do you do when the decision is hard to make? When the answers all mean someone still loses out, or doesn't feel like they got their way? Or when there aren't any clear "right" decisions? You pause. You get super clear on what the decisions are. You stretch out the timeline and play around with possibility. That's exactly what we did on this week's coaching call with an anonymous volunteer. They show an example of a really tough, multi-layered decision being made - but not all at once.
