It’s our final episode of the year, so we are pretty much stumbling towards the finish line, you’ll find Em and Michael connecting up from their homes as Em recovers from Covid. We begin by referencing the fact that the second series of Michael’s ABC-TV series ‘The Newsreader’ has scooped a MASSIVE 15 AACTA Award nominations for next year's ceremony. Then it’s onto Em and Michael’s experience watching ‘Saltburn’, the black comedy starring Barry Keoghan, Jacob Elordi, Rosamund Pike and Richard E. Grant, that’s been labelled “deeply disturbing” and has left a lot of people trying to remember what their life was like before seeing it. They weren’t as impressed or disturbed, but apparently the visuals are worth the effort. Finally, Em has been doing home haircuts on Elio and she’s also discovered the joys of a salt float. Not in a self described “death mermaid shells”, more a small pool in a private room scenario, and let’s just say it was LIFE. CHANGING.
