welcome back :) this was a fun episode with lots going on. the first 40 minutes is once again over video call with the boys as they are in Europe preparing to race at World Indoors this weekend. we preview that as well as covering some of the action from NCAA Indoors this past weekend. be sure to wish them luck! the rest of the show is with Adam Fogg & Isaac Basten - a couple of runners that are having great success in the competitive NCAA. they both competed at NCAA Indoors so we give a rundown of this as well as their indoor seasons in general & then finish off the episode with some more general "YouTube" talk. Olli is back from the dead after being out sick last week - giving us a chance to catch up on his Millrose experience in winning the Wanamaker Mile & the subsequent drama created in his post race interview on the Citrus Mag post-show. holy moly did these guys race well this past weekend. coming off a huge weekend at the Millrose Games in NY, we have 3000m winner Alicia Monson on the show! the OAC and COFFEECLUB had amazing showings at this meet, with multiple victories and national records. so as expected, this episode is spent recapping all of this. unfortunately Ollie has been feeling a little unwell so was unable to join, but we are sure that he will be back next week in full force.
