Arron currently works at a venture capital firm here in Orlando, but upon graduation he worked in medical device sales as well as pharmaceutical sales before starting his own business and earning his MBA. I've known Calvin for a long time as he was my career coach at UCF when I was in school. Dr. Calvin Williams then moved to Florida State to become the Director of Employer Relations there and now does independent consulting for businesses.
