3195 Know Your Worth

In today's culture, there is constant pressure to look a certain way, to fit into a certain mold of what society deems as beautiful or desirable. Don't give away who you are becoming. Know your worth. For many, the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle is driven by the desire to change their physical appearance, in the hope that it will somehow give them a sense of worth. However, the truth is, no amount of weight loss or muscle gain can truly determine your worth as a person. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co To truly live a healthy lifestyle, it's important to focus on more than just the physical aspects. It's about cultivating a healthy reflection of who you see in the mirror, both inside and out. When you can look at yourself and see someone who is strong, confident, and deserving of love and respect, your decisions will naturally align with that mindset. You'll be able to confidently make decisions that support where you want to go and the goals in front. So what that really means is that you won't fight yourself as much. You are doing what you need to do for you. How can you know your worth and live a healthy lifestyle based on your reflection and who you believe you are becoming? See who you want to be. The K.I.S.S. ~ See who you want to be! 1. Practice self-love: Begin by genuinely accepting and loving yourself, just as you are in this moment. Recognize that your worth is not determined by your appearance, but by the unique qualities and strengths you bring to the world. Treat yourself with kindness, compassion, and respect, and make self-care a priority. 2. Shift your mindset: Rather than viewing healthy living as a punishment or a chore, reframe your perspective. Instead, see it as an opportunity to take care of yourself, nourish your body and mind, and become your best version. Embrace the journey as a chance for growth and self-improvement, rather than solely focusing on the outcome. 3. Set realistic goals: It's easy to fall into the trap of setting unrealistic expectations for ourselves, especially when it comes to our health and fitness. Instead, aim for attainable goals that align with your values and priorities. Focus on progress, not perfection, and celebrate each small step forward along the way. Remember, your worth is not determined by the number on the scale or the size of your jeans. In the end, it's important to remember that your worth as a person is not contingent upon your physical appearance. True self-worth comes from within, from nurturing a positive mindset, practicing self-love, and embracing the journey of personal growth. When you can see your reflection and genuinely believe in the person you are becoming, living a healthy lifestyle becomes a natural and fulfilling part of your life. 3194 Unlearn What Does Not Serve You

In your life's journey, there comes a time when we must actively assess the behaviors and habits that are no longer serving us. Unlearn what does not serve you. Much of what we do in our day-to-day lives is done on autopilot, without conscious thought or consideration. This can lead us down a path we didn't intend to follow. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co So, take a moment to pause, reflect, and consciously look at what is not serving you today. And you don't have to go through your whole day without doing anything. When something comes up, address it right then and there. Now, this is not an easy task, but it is necessary if you want to create a life that aligns with your goals and aspirations. The K.I.S.S. ~ Unlearn what does not serve you! As you look at your days, it's important to determine what exactly is not serving you well. Is it a negative mindset that constantly holds you back from taking risks? Is it a habit of procrastination that hampers your productivity and growth? Or is it a cycle of self-doubt that prevents you from pursuing your dreams? Identifying these patterns is the first step towards unlearning them. Whatever it is, once you have recognized the behaviors and habits that do not serve you, it's time to replace them with ones that do. This is going to require you to make a conscious effort to rewire your neural pathways and create a new, positive mindset. Surround yourself with positive influences, whether through books, podcasts, or the company you keep. Seek out mentors or role models who embody the qualities you aspire to have. Start small and celebrate even the tiniest victories along the way. Unlearn what does not serve you. And in the unlearning process, it's important to be gentle with yourself. Change takes time, and setbacks are inevitable. Remember that it's okay to stumble and make mistakes. It's through these failures that we learn and grow the most. Be compassionate towards yourself and acknowledge that unlearning is a lifelong journey; there is no finish line, only continuous growth and improvement. So, don't get frustrated with yourself. Instead, embrace the discomfort that comes with unlearning what does not serve you. You may find yourself stepping out of your comfort zone, questioning long-held beliefs, and challenging societal norms. But in doing so, you give yourself the opportunity to create a life that is truly aligned with your passions and values. Create your now! Remember, my friend, that you've got what it takes to unlearn what does not serve you. With each conscious decision, with each new behavior formed, you can redefine who you are, who you are becoming, and what you are capable of. Empower yourself to let go of the old and make room for the new. Growth comes from unlearning what does not serve. Create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. 3193 Love Your Enemies

Life is full of triumphs and victories. But what happens when someone comes along and tries to bring you down, putting you on the defensive? Love your enemies. It's so easy to celebrate those moments with joy and pride. Yet, it's also easy to let their negativity consume your thoughts and influence your behavior. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co However, you don't have to let yourself go there. Most people don't want to talk about the struggles that hit too close to home. And having to love your enemies is something most of use don't want to do. There is a better way though. If you want to love your enemies, then rise above their influence. The K.I.S.S. ~ Rise above their influence! 1. Embrace Empathy One of the most powerful tools we have in dealing with difficult people is empathy. Try to put yourself in their shoes rather than letting their actions or words bring you down. Attempt to understand their perspective, motivations, and struggles. By doing so, you may find compassion and empathy within yourself. Remember the words of the great Mahatma Gandhi, "An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind." Choose understanding over retaliation. 2. Practice Forgiveness Forgiveness is never easy, especially when someone has intentionally hurt you. However, holding onto anger and resentment does more damage to your own well-being than to the person who harmed you. Bernhard Lang once said, "Anger cannot be overcome by anger. If someone is angry with you, and you show anger in return, the result is a disaster. Instead, show compassion. That is the way to end anger." Choose forgiveness over grudges and let go of the heavy burden you've been carrying. Not only will you find peace within yourself, but you may also inspire change in your enemies. 3. Lead by Example One of the most powerful ways to love your enemies is to rise above their negativity and show kindness and respect. Never underestimate the power of leading by example. Jesus, in his Sermon on the Mount, said, "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." By responding to their hostility with love, you not only diffuse the situation but also demonstrate your strength and character. Your positive influence may encourage them to change their ways, and even if it doesn't, you can take pride in the fact that you stay true to your values. "Loving your enemies requires strength, but it also reveals your true character. Embrace empathy, practice forgiveness, and lead by example. You can rise above the negativity and change their hearts through love." Remember, my friend, it's not about letting your enemies define you; it's about defining yourself through love and compassion. Rise above their negativity and choose to embrace empathy, forgiveness, and leading by example. By doing so, you will not only free yourself from their influence, but also become a beacon of light, inspiring those around you to follow suit. "Be present. Be incredible. 3192 Be Faithful in the Ordinary

Life constantly pulls us in different directions, tempting us to believe that true significance lies in the extraordinary. Be who God created you to be and be faithful in the ordinary. You may long for drastic change, big accomplishments, and impactful moments. But remember, true greatness often resides in the seemingly ordinary. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co In the hustle and bustle of your daily routine, it's easy to overlook the power of your actions. You may question whether your efforts are making a difference, whether they are worthy of praise or recognition. But it's in these very moments, within the ordinary, that you have the opportunity to cultivate a life of purpose and leave your mark on the world. Scripture reminds us that even the smallest acts of kindness and faithfulness can create a ripple effect of transformation. As the apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Look at Mother Teresa, whose profound impact on the lives of the poor and marginalized in Calcutta continues to inspire generations. Her life was not about grandiose gestures or seeking fame. It was built upon the faithful commitment to love and serve others, moment by moment, day by day. Her presence led to her actions, which became her words. You, too, have the power to influence lives, whether through a genuine smile for a stranger, lending a helping hand to a friend in need, or simply being fully present with your loved ones. These seemingly insignificant acts become pieces of a greater tapestry, woven together to create a world filled with love, compassion, and joy. The K.I.S.S. ~ Be faithful in the ordinary! In the book of Matthew, Jesus reminds us, "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven" (Matthew 5:14-16). This is a call for you to shine brightly, not just in the extraordinary moments of life, but also in the ordinary, mundane tasks that you often overlook. Whether it's the consistency of waking up early every morning to spend time in prayer and reflection, the dedication to do your work with excellence and integrity, or the willingness to show up and be present for those who need you most, your faithfulness matters. Remember, you are an essential piece in God's grand design. You may not see the whole picture now, but your everyday life is used for a greater purpose. Your faithfulness in the ordinary is an act of obedience, a testament to your love and commitment to God and others. So, embrace the beauty of the ordinary. Be present in the part that God has given you to touch. Relish in the small victories and find joy in the everyday blessings. Your faithful actions, even in the seemingly insignificant moments, are like pebbles thrown into a vast ocean, creating a ripple effect that touches countless lives. Be faithful in the ordinary. Let your light shine brightly wherever you go. Remember that your actions, no matter how small, have the power to shape a world in need of love and kindness. The ripple effect of your faithfulness will echo through eternity, leaving a legacy that far surpasses any extraordinary act. "Be present. Be incredible. 3191 Fighting the Unseen Battles

Conflicts can frequently unfold behind closed doors within the sacred confines of our homes, where love is meant to flourish. Even though you might be fighting the unseen battles, your marriage can thrive. These untamed conflicts can silently erode the foundation of a marriage. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co However, if both partners commit to leading with kindness and compassion, even in the fiercest storms, they can rise above the challenges and nurture a healthy and fulfilling relationship. The K.I.S.S. ~ Commit to action! 1. Practicing Empathy The first step towards fostering a kind and compassionate environment within your marriage is to practice empathy. Empathy allows us to see the world through our partner's eyes, to understand their perspective, and to validate their emotions without judgment. When disagreements arise, take a moment to pause and genuinely listen to your spouse before responding. Seek to understand their feelings and needs, and approach the conversation with sensitivity and respect. Recall Proverbs 18:13 which reminds us, "To answer before listeningβ€” that is folly and shame." 2. Choosing Words Wisely Words wield immense power in shaping our relationships, and the way we choose to express ourselves during heated moments can either heal or harm. When arguments arise, refrain from personal attacks or resorting to hurtful language. Instead, strive to communicate your thoughts and concerns in a calm and constructive manner. Using "I" statements, such as "I feel" or "I need," can foster a more open dialogue. Remember the wisdom from Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear." 3. Practicing Forgiveness Forgiveness is a vital component of any lasting marriage. It allows us to let go of past hurts, heal wounds, and move forward together. Instead of holding grudges, practice forgiveness by striving to understand your partner's intentions and extending grace. Remember, we are all imperfect beings, and forgiveness allows us to cultivate deeper love and connection. Reflect on Colossians 3:13, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." "Behind closed doors, the battles may rage, but the power of kindness and compassion can ignite a flame that conquers all storms and leads to marital bliss." Marriage is a lifelong commitment that requires unwavering dedication and effort. By leading with kindness and compassion, couples can fight against the unseen battles and build a foundation of love, trust, and understanding. Through empathy, mindful communication, and forgiveness, couples can transform their homes into sanctuaries of profound connection and intimacy. Together, let us embrace the beauty and power of a marriage fueled by kindness and compassion. "Be present. Be incredible. 3190 Raising Kids Without Needing Control

Raising kids without needing control seems impossible. You can redirect them and teach them all the right things. But in parenting, control is merely an illusion. As parents, we tend to believe we control our children's lives and destinies. We meticulously plan, set boundaries, and try our best to enforce rules. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co However, if there's one thing that parenting teaches us, it's that control is merely an illusion. Kids have a mind of their own, with unique ideas, desires, and dreams. Embracing the notion that parenting is not about control can be liberating and pave the way for a stronger parent-child relationship based on trust, understanding, and genuine connection. When the feeling of being out of control begins to overwhelm you, here are three things you can do to navigate through those challenging moments: The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the unpredictable! 1. Embrace Flexibility: Rather than resisting the unpredictable nature of parenting, learn to embrace it. Remember that every child is different, and what works for one may not work for another. Embracing flexibility allows you to adapt to your child's changing needs and preferences. It means being open to unexpected outcomes and understanding that the journey of parenthood may not always go according to plan. By letting go of control and accepting the ebb and flow of parenting, you can experience a newfound sense of freedom. 2. Practice Active Listening: When you feel out of control, take a step back and actively listen to your child. Create a safe space for them to express their thoughts, emotions, and concerns without judgment. By genuinely listening to their perspectives, you gain valuable insights into their world, allowing you to understand their motivations and desires. This approach promotes open communication, strengthens your bond, and fosters a sense of mutual respect. Remember, genuine connection surpasses control. 3. Foster Independence and Decision-making Skills: Instead of focusing solely on controlling your child's actions, encourage their independence and decision-making abilities. Provide opportunities for them to make choices, express their preferences, and learn from their mistakes. This approach empowers them to become confident individuals capable of making sound decisions. By letting go of excessive control, you allow your child to grow, develop their own identity, and learn valuable life lessons along the way. "Parenting isn't about controlling every outcome, but about guiding with love and giving children the tools they need to navigate the world independently." Your role as a parent is to be a guiding force, providing wisdom, guidance, and support rather than striving for absolute control. By embracing this perspective, you can support your children's growth and development while forging a deep and meaningful bond that stands the test of time. Remember, parenting is a journey of discovery, growth, and acceptance. Letting go of control doesn't signify a lack of responsibility, but rather a willingness to embrace the beautiful chaos that comes with raising children. So, take a deep breath, trust in your instincts, and embark on this exciting adventure with an open heart and an open mind. "Be present. Be incredible. 3189 Lighten the Load

The pressure to do it all, be it all, and achieve it all can cloud your better judgment. Don't get caught in saying Yes just because it's easier. Say NO to lighten the load. I'm sure you've felt the weight of the world on your shoulders. In our fast-paced, hyperconnected society, which is really more disconnected than connected, it's easy to fall into the trap of believing that doing more and doing it faster is the key to success. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co But what if I told you that sometimes, faster is not always better? "Sometimes, we carry the weight of the world, trying to prove that we can handle it all. But in reality, we hold ourselves hostage to what doesn't truly matter." ~ Kristianne Wargo It is important to take a step back, reassess your priorities, and learn to say no before you are quick to say yes. Because in your quest for productivity, you often lose sight of what truly matters. You spend your days chasing deadlines, attending endless meetings, and constantly juggling multiple responsibilities. You become consumed by the need to appease others, to meet their expectations, and to show the world that you can do it all. Might feel good for a few seconds; but in the process, you lose yourself. The K.I.S.S. ~ Lighten the load! The truth is, life is about so much more than simply getting ahead. It's about finding harmony, cherishing relationships, and nurturing your own well-being. It's about daring to say NO to things that don't align with your values and priorities, and YES to what truly makes your heart sing. So, my dear friend, today I encourage you to lighten the load. Take a moment to reflect on your to-do list and consider what truly matters. Embrace the power of saying NO to the things that drain your energy and rob you of joy. Prioritize self-care and create space for what truly brings you fulfillment. Remember, it's not about how much you can accomplish or how fast you can do it. It's about finding your own rhythms, embracing the journey, and savoring each moment along the way. Life is not a race, but a beautiful tapestry of experiences and connections, a marathon for decades. As you go about your day, be willing to say NO before you are quick to say YES. Lighten the load and watch as the weight on your shoulders starts to dissipate. You'll stand much taller physically and mentally, allowing you to create your now. "Be present. Be incredible. 3188 Are You Willing to Pay the Price?

Healthy living is a choice. When you look at your body, what do you see? Health or a bill? Depending on your reflection, are you willing to pay the price? No one is forced to eat, live, move, and sleep a certain way. Yet, there are guidelines that, for most of us, are ignored. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co In today's society, it is easy to lose track of what truly matters when it comes to our health. We are bombarded with messages from advertisements, influencers, and social media, all advocating for different lifestyles and quick fixes. It becomes challenging to decipher what is truly beneficial and what is merely a fad. If you find yourself questioning whether you are making good decisions or simply going with the flow, look so you can see. The K.I.S.S. ~ Look so you can see! 1. Reflect on Your Habits: Take a step back and honestly assess your daily habits. Are you making conscious choices, or are you simply following what everyone else is doing? Consider your eating habits, exercise routine, sleep schedule, and overall lifestyle. Do you prioritize your health, or are you neglecting it in favor of convenience? This reflection will provide clarity on whether you are actively making good decisions or merely going along with societal influences. 2. Educate Yourself: Knowledge is power when it comes to healthy living. Invest time in educating yourself about nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle choices. 3187 Forget Quicker Than You Remember

It's challenging to find the good when everything around you seems to be crumbling. However, if you want to enjoy your every day, forget quicker than you remember. Life can be tough, there's no denying that. It often feels like the weight of the world is on our shoulders, and it's easy to get caught up in the negativity surrounding us. But what if I told you there was a better way? A way to find joy and happiness in your everyday life, no matter what challenges come your way. It's simple, really - forget quicker than you remember. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co It's human nature to dwell on the bad and ugly things that happen to us. We replay conversations in our heads, clinging onto the hurtful words that were said. We relive our past failures, allowing them to define us. But what good does it do? It only robs us of the present moment, preventing us from fully experiencing all the beauty that surrounds us. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, why not focus on what went right? Train your mind to let go of the negative thoughts and emotions that weigh you down. Have you ever noticed how quickly you forget the small inconveniences that happen throughout your day? That rude comment from a stranger or the traffic jam on your way to work - they have a way of fading into the background when something positive comes along. So why not apply this principle to the bigger, more significant challenges in your life? I believe that every setback is an opportunity for a comeback. It's a chance to learn valuable lessons, to become stronger, and to move forward. But in order to do that, you must learn to forget quicker than you remember. It's not about denying the pain or the hardships you've experienced, but rather shifting your focus to the possibilities that lie ahead. The K.I.S.S. ~ Forget quicker than you remember! "Forget the hurt, the pain, and the disappointments quicker than you remember them. This allows room for healing, growth, and the choice to live your every day with a smile. When you let go of the past, you give yourself permission to embrace the present and create your now." So, shift your mindset today. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, ask yourself what you can learn from the situation. What new opportunities and possibilities await you? Be grateful for the lessons learned and the strength gained. Surround yourself with positive influences - friends, mentors, and uplifting media - that remind you of your true potential. Turn off the distractions that make you go back in the negative part of your day. Turn on music that makes your soul dance. Be present in the moment, savoring the simple joys that often go unnoticed. The laughter of a loved one, the warmth of the sun on your skin, the taste of your favorite meal - these are the moments that make life worth living. It's getting cooler outside, which means now you get to be a little more snuggly. When you fully immerse yourself in the moment, you'll find it easier to let go of the past and embrace the here and now. And as much as you are kind to a stranger, be kind to yourself today. You need an internal hug, too. We are all human, and we all make mistakes. So forgive yourself for the times you've stumbled, and celebrate your progress. Each new day is a fresh start with new mercies, a clean slate to create your now. My friend, I encourage you to forget quicker than you remember. Let go of the negativity and embrace the beauty that surrounds you. If you look for it, I promise you will find it. See your day through the eyes of a toddler. When you fall down, brush yourself off and smile. This is your day to shine bright. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation πŸ”” Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3186 Time Tells All

You know how it feels when your to-do list becomes a never-ending abyss, and you find yourself constantly playing catch-up? Stop working against yourself; time tells all. When life has you in sinking sand, it's like trying to swim against a strong current, constantly swept away by everyone else's priorities. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co It's all you can do is to keep your head above water. But here's the thing - your time is precious, and it's time to take control. If you are wanting to spend your time differently, you gotta reclaim your day. The K.I.S.S. ~ Reclaim your day! 1. Create an Evening Ritual: Before you tuck yourself into bed, grab a pen and paper and take a few moments to reflect on your day and plan for tomorrow. This simple act of making a to-do list can make all the difference. Write down six essential tasks you want to accomplish the next day. The key here is to be realistic and prioritize the tasks that align with your goals. "Success doesn't just happen. It is planned for. It is intentionally pursued." ~ Kristianne Wargo 2. Narrow Down Your List: Instead of overwhelming yourself with multiple tasks, select one priority item that will move you closer to your long-term objectives. Consider what would bring the most value or satisfaction to your day. By focusing on a single task, you channel your energy and productivity into making real progress. Remember, "Focus is your superpower." ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Picture Yourself at the Beginning of Your Day: You've woken up refreshed, armed with a clear intention for the day. Before diving headfirst into your priority task, allocate dedicated blocks of time for specific activities. This technique, known as time blocking, helps you structure your day and prevents distractions from derailing you. For example, you can allocate an hour for checking and responding to emails, followed by a focused two-hour block for working on your priority task. This disciplined approach ensures that you honor your commitment to yourself and your goals. By incorporating these three strategies into your daily routine, you'll find yourself taking charge of your time and accomplishing what truly matters. Remember, it's not about being busy; it's about being productive. As I like to say, "The power of managing your day is owning each hour with purpose." So, my friend, take a moment tonight to reflect, plan, and prioritize. Tomorrow, focus on that one important task and protect your time fiercely. Embrace time blocking and let your productivity soar. You have the power to shape your day and create your now - time is in your hands. "Be present. Be incredible.
