3242 Navigate Your Life with Purpose and Impact

With the holidays having your attention, it's easy to miss what matters. Quickly, you must shift your mindset and navigate your life with purpose and impact. Now, you can be one who lends yourself to the easy way and just sit back and learn to react with gumption. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co But where does that really get you? What do you want in your life that you're willing to fight for? And not with violence or foul mouths or adult temper tantrums. I'm talking about really looking at where you are and where you want to be. If you are one who wants to live a life of purpose and impact, then it's the perfect time to reflect on your journey and take charge of your every day. You have to be willing to make the necessary changes to change the trajectory of where you're headed. It's about embracing the call to leadership, even amidst challenges. Lead yourself well. The K.I.S.S. ~ Lead yourself well! Leading yourself well requires dedication, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to personal development. You have to be willing to take an honest look at your life, all of it, not just one part; and really narrow down what needs to change. Your behavior. Your actions. Your mindset. Your tenacity. Your endurance. What is it for you? "If you want to be somewhere different than where you are, you have to lead yourself well." ~ Kristianne Wargo 1. Cultivate Self-Awareness: Leading yourself begins with understanding who you are and what truly matters to you. Cultivating self-awareness enables you to make decisions that align with your values, aspirations, and principles. It means taking the time to explore your passions, morals, and even your flaws. Through introspection and honest self-reflection, you can gain clarity on your purpose and how you want to impact the world. For example, a corporate professional may realize that their true passion lies in social entrepreneurship. By embracing their self-awareness, they can take proactive steps to transition into a career that aligns with their values, such as starting a non-profit organization or partnering with existing enterprises focused on social impact. 2. Embrace Resilience: Leading yourself well requires an unwavering commitment to resilience. Life is rarely a smooth ride, and setbacks and challenges are inevitable. However, it's your response to these obstacles that define you as a leader. And think of embracing resilience as viewing setbacks as learning opportunities and maintaining a forward-focused mindset. Imagine an aspiring writer who faces multiple rejections before getting their work published. Instead of being disheartened, they view each rejection as a valuable chance to refine their craft and push themselves further. This resilience empowers them to persevere, eventually leading to their work being recognized and appreciated. 3. Practice Self-Care: Leading yourself well goes beyond achieving professional success— it also involves taking care of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. When you practice self-care, it enables you to show up as the best version of yourself. It means carving out time for activities that rejuvenate and nourish your soul, whether it's engaging in hobbies, pursuing physical fitness, or spending time with those you care about. A busy parent may set aside specific hours each week for self-care, such as practicing stretching, reading a book, or spending quality time with loved ones. By prioritizing their own well-being, they become more resilient, happier, and better equipped to lead their family with love and kindness. "Leading yourself well is serving from an overflow of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Leading yourself well is not a one-and-done; it's a lifelong journey that requires self-awareness, resilience, and self-care. By understanding your strengths, staying resilient in the face of challenges, and prioritizing your well-being, you can create your now that aligns with your values, dreams, and aspirations. "When you lead yourself well, you can impact the world you touch. Remember, one step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo So, accept the call to leadership. Dare to be misunderstood, criticized, opposed, accused, and even rejected. And then, be ready to blaze a trail of purpose and impact. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3241 For Where Your Treasure Is

Where are you storing your treasures this holiday season: the packages under the tree or in your heart because you believe? "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." ~ Matthew 6:21 As the holiday season unfolds, it's easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of gift shopping, party planning, and endless to-do lists. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co You should see my house right now. It's truly got boxes and bins all around. Trees are still going up in every room and the studio is being decorated for ore filming to do. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle, it's crucial to step back and remember what truly matters. After all, the joy of the holiday season lies not in the material possessions or extravagant celebrations, but in the love, gratitude, and kindness that fills our hearts; the Holy Presence, God himself. In Matthew 6:21, the Bible reminds us, "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." This verse serves as a gentle nudge, urging us to shift our focus from the tangible gifts to the intangible blessings. It's a powerful reminder that the true reason for the holiday season lies in the abundance of love, compassion, and connection rather than what's neatly wrapped under the tree. Amidst the chaos of holiday preparations, it's important to take a moment to reflect on the essence of the season. Remember that the most meaningful gifts are not the ones that come with a price tag, but rather those that come from the heart. "The greatest gift we can give is our presence and our love. These gifts have the power to transcend material possessions and create lasting memories." ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ For where your treasure is! This holiday season, make a conscious effort to embrace the true meaning of abundance. Instead of focusing on what the world sees, turn your attention to the overflow of love, gratitude, and joy that resides within us. Whether it's spending quality time with loved ones, volunteering for a charitable cause, or extending kindness to strangers, take every opportunity to pour out the abundance of your heart. After all, the real magic of the holiday season lies in the intangible. It's in the warm embrace of a loved one, the laughter shared over a home-cooked meal, and the genuine connections that make your heart beat faster and stronger. When you prioritize the treasures that truly matter, you begin to experience a transformation, both within yourself and in the world around you. So, this holiday season, remember to count the blessings that cannot be bought and let your heart overflow with love and gratitude. As you embark on this new year, may you find peace in the fact that the truest gifts in life cannot be wrapped, but rather are found within the depths of your hearts. "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." ~ Matthew 6:21 "Be present. Be incredible. 3240 Meet Me Under the Mistletoe

What are you doing special with your spouse this season? You don't want to think of everyone else and leave them out in the cold. So, meet me under the mistletoe. Yes, as married individuals, we tend to forget the importance of planning special times and moments for the ones we vowed to spend the rest of our lives with. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Why is that? Why do we sell them short of our attention and planning? You don't have to leave your sweetheart out in the cold. In fact, just tell him, "Meet me under the mistletoe." The K.I.S.S. ~ Meet me under the mistletoe! In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to let our relationship with our spouse fall to the wayside. But this holiday season, let's make a conscious effort to prioritize our partner and create meaningful experiences together. Here are three things you can do to plan quality time with your spouse: 1. Schedule Present Nights: You can think of these as date nights. Set aside dedicated time each week solely for the two of you to reconnect and have fun. Whether it's going out for a romantic dinner, taking a leisurely walk in the park, or even staying in and watching a movie together, make it a regular occurrence. By intentionally carving out this time, you're showing your spouse that they are a priority in your life. 2. Surprise Gestures: Keep the spark alive by surprising your spouse with thoughtful gestures. It could be as simple as leaving a love note in their bag or sending a spontaneous text expressing your love and appreciation for them. Small acts of kindness and love can go a long way in nurturing your relationship. 3. Plan a Weekend Getaway: Take advantage of the holiday season by planning a weekend getaway with your spouse. Whether it's a cozy cabin in the woods or a luxurious hotel in the city, escaping the daily routine and immersing yourselves in a different environment can help reignite the romance and create lasting memories. Remember, the key to planning time with your spouse is intentionality. Don't let the pressures and distractions of life keep you from nurturing your relationship. By making your spouse a priority, you're strengthening the bond you share and creating a deeper connection that will endure. As I always say, "Love is not a noun; it's a verb. It requires action, intention, and dedication. Make the choice to love your spouse every day and create your now!" So this holiday season, meet me under the mistletoe and celebrate the love you share together. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3239 The Bow of Traditions

No one likes the feeling of being overwhelmed and always feeling like they are chasing life. During this holiday season, don't try too hard. Instead, tie a few ribbons on your gifts; the bow of traditions. The holiday season is filled with joy, love, and the excitement of creating lasting memories with our families. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co However, it can also be a time when parents feel overwhelmed by the numerous obligations and expectations that come with the holidays. Sometimes it's so crazy that in all honesty, we just want to be alone. But if you have the blessing of a family, then make it count this holiday season and create traditions that are meaningful to your family. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace disruptive thinking! Here are three things parents can do to weave the bow of traditions without feeling bogged down. 1. Simplify: When it comes to holiday traditions, less is often more. Instead of trying to squeeze in every activity and event, take a step back and prioritize what truly matters to your family. Choose a few key traditions that align with your values and bring joy to everyone involved. By simplifying, you can create space for meaningful moments without feeling overwhelmed. "The magic of traditions lies not in their quantity, but in their quality. Choose the traditions that resonate with your family, and let them shine bright." ~ Kristianne Wargo For example, instead of aiming for a fully decked-out home, focus on a few treasured decorations that hold sentimental value. Rather than attending every holiday event, select one or two special outings that everyone looks forward to. By streamlining your holiday activities, you can savor each tradition and be fully present in the moment. 2. Recruit: Creating traditions should be a collaborative effort that involves all family members. Encourage open dialogue and brainstorming sessions where each person can contribute their ideas and wishes. This not only ensures that everyone feels included and invested in the traditions but also lightens the load of planning and organizing on the parents. For instance, hold a family meeting before the holiday season begins. During this meeting, each person gets a chance to suggest a tradition they would like to incorporate. From choosing a new recipe for a special holiday meal to deciding on an outdoor activity, everyone's ideas are considered and discussed. This inclusive approach not only brings the family closer but also shares the responsibility of creating traditions among all its members. 3. Tie it up with Joy: Many magical moments can be created through simple and heartfelt traditions. Let go of unrealistic expectations and tie the bow on the tradition. Focus on activities that bring genuine joy and allow for deeper connections. Remember that it's the quality of the experience that matters, not the extravagance. "Simplicity is the key that unlocks the spirit of traditions. It's in the little moments that the true magic resides." Consider incorporating small but meaningful traditions, such as reading holiday stories by the fireplace, having a movie night with beloved classic films, or engaging in acts of kindness as a family. These simple gestures can create timeless memories and strengthen the bonds within your family. "The Bow of Traditions" by Kristianne Wargo In a world of constant motion and change, Where time slips by, our memories rearranged, There lies a gift that ties our hearts together, A bow of traditions we'll cherish forever. With each passing year, the tapestry grows, Weaving threads of love, every story it knows, From bedtime tales whispered in the night, To shared laughter around the fire's warm light. The bow of traditions, a treasure unique, A bond that strengthens, never to weaken, Through seasons and holidays, it's our guide, Creating moments we'll forever keep inside. From holiday baking, flour in the air, To giving back, showing others we care, Simplifying, prioritizing what truly matters, With family, these traditions our hearts flatter. As I once wisely proclaimed, "In the traditions we share, deep love is ingrained." For it's not the grandness, but in the simple things, That the bow of traditions true happiness brings. So let us gather, hand in hand, Creating memories that forever will expand, With each new chapter written in our story, The bow of traditions, an everlasting glory. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3238 Embrace Your Radiance

During this holiday season, don't get tripped up over all the sparkle and shine of the world. Look instead to who God is creating you to be. Let your light shine with a radiance that only you have to share. Each of us was created to shine. So in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, it's easy to lose sight of our true purpose – to embrace our unique radiance and share it with the world. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co We often find ourselves getting caught up in comparing our lives to others', feeling inadequate and overshadowed by the glitz and glamour around us. But it's important to remember that you were not meant to blend in; you were created to stand out. "Your radiance is not meant to be hidden, but rather to be shared with the world." ~ Kristianne Wargo It's time to let go of the insecurities that hold us back and embrace the beauty and brilliance that shines deep within our souls. Radiance is not about physical appearance or material possessions; it's a state of being that emanates from within. It's about embracing your true self, nurturing your passions, and sharing your authentic gifts with others. When you let your light shine, you inspire those around you to do the same, creating a ripple effect of positivity and empowerment. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace your radiance! Take some time to reflect on your unique strengths, values, and passions. What makes you feel alive? What brings you joy? Embrace these aspects of yourself and let them guide your actions. And as things get a little crazy and chaotic, pause to appreciate the blessings in your life. Gratitude has a way of shifting our perspective and illuminating the beauty that surrounds us. So, let it shift you as you embrace your radiance. Let your imperfections and flaws be the diamonds in the rough that give you the extra sass that makes you uniquely beautiful. It's these imperfections that add to your radiance and make you relatable to others. Seek to inspire to raise up those around you. This will create a circle of love and encouragement that fuels your radiance. As you navigate the holiday season, remember that your radiance is not dependent on the external factors of the world. It's a gift that resides within you, waiting to be shared with others. Embrace your uniqueness, allow your light to shine brightly, and watch as you create a ripple effect of love and inspiration. May this holiday season be a time of self-discovery, self-love, and self-expression. Embrace your radiance, my friend, and let it illuminate the world around you. "Be present. Be incredible. 3237 Is Your Body the Grinch that Stole Christmas?

Is your body the Grinch that stole Christmas? Bad habits can lead us to unconventional decisions that cause us to react instead of respond. Don't let your health be a gift that is stolen this season. The holiday season is a time of joy, gratitude, and celebration. It's also a time of indulgence, with tempting treats and festive feasts at every turn. For those who strive to live a healthy lifestyle, this can present a real challenge. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Are you the kind of person who claims to prioritize your health, but finds yourself succumbing to unhealthy habits during the holiday season? If so, it's time to take a closer look at your choices and make a change. Don't let your body be the Grinch that steals your well-being. The K.I.S.S. ~ Don't let your body be the Grinch that steals your well-being! This article will provide three actionable steps you can take this holiday season to spearhead your healthy living lifestyle. 1. Plan Ahead: It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, leaving little time for self-care. To avoid falling into the trap of unhealthy habits, take the time to plan ahead. Schedule your workouts like you would any other appointment. Pencil them into your calendar and treat them as non-negotiable. By prioritizing your physical activity, you'll be less likely to skip it in favor of other obligations. Additionally, plan your meals and snacks in advance. Have healthy options readily available to avoid mindless eating and overindulgence. 2. Know What You Eat: The holiday season is synonymous with delicious and decadent food. While it's certainly okay to enjoy your favorite treats in moderation, practicing mindful eating can help you stay on track. And that doesn't just mean moderation. Before reaching for a snack or diving into a meal, take a moment to check in with your body. Ask yourself if you're hungry or if you're eating out of habit or boredom. Try to savor each bite, appreciating the flavors and textures. Eating slowly and mindfully can help you recognize when you're satisfied, preventing overeating. "When we approach our food choices with mindfulness, we tap into the power of our bodies to guide us towards nourishment and balance." ~ Kristianne Wargo 3. Stay Active as a Family: The holiday season is the perfect time to bond with loved ones. Instead of spending your days lounging on the couch, make physical activity a family affair. Bundle up and go for a brisk walk or play a friendly game of touch football. Engage in physical activities together to not only promote overall health but also strengthen the bonds between family members. It's a win-win situation that allows you to enjoy the season while staying true to your healthy living goals. Don't let your body become the Grinch that steals your joy and vitality. Make conscious decisions that align with your goals and values, and let your health and well-being be the shining star of this festive season. "Living a healthy lifestyle is not about perfection; it's about progress. Every small step forward counts towards a lifetime of wellness." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. 3236 Light the Lights in Your Life

Life can come at you so fast that you don't know which direction you're headed. But as the celebrations begin, don't forget to light the lights in your life. Life can often feel like a whirlwind, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of which direction we're headed. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co As the holiday season approaches and the hustle and bustle of festivities begin, it's essential to take a step back and remember to light the lights in your life. In this fast-paced world, we can easily get caught up in the chaos, striving for perfection in every aspect of our lives. We rush from one commitment to another, constantly ticking off items on our never-ending to-do lists. But amidst all the busyness, it's important to pause and reflect on what truly matters. "Life is not about how fast we race through it, but how much light we bring into each moment," says Kristianne Wargo, a believer in finding joy in life's simple pleasures. "When we take a moment to appreciate the small things and focus on the positive, we can transform our experience, no matter how chaotic it may be." ~ Kristianne Wargo It's easy to get wrapped up in the materialistic aspects of the holiday season, striving for the perfect decorations, the most impressive gifts, and the grandest parties. But true joy cannot be found in the external trappings; it lies within the connections you forge with your loved ones and the warmth you bring to your heart. The K.I.S.S. ~ Light the lights in your life! So in the midst of chaos, take a moment to tune in to your thoughts and feelings. Let your presence be the sparkle in your every day so you can enjoy the simple blessings and pleasures before you. Whether it's the smell of freshly baked cookies or the sound of laughter shared with family, it's these moments that help you find peace amidst the chaos. Light the lights in your life. Let the sparkle of your heartbeat be the gratitude that soothes your chaotic spirit. Calm down. Whether we want to admit it or not, this too shall pass. And with the gratefulness of what's before you, then the stress melts away. Who doesn't need a little stress relief? Light the lights in your life. Now as the hours pass and the clock strikes midnight, don't be the one left hanging out in the cold by yourself. Take care of your heart this season. Give yourself that little pick-me-up chat every moment you need it. How else do you create your now? "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo Turn on your sparkle. Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co This disappointment often triggers a spiral of emotions that can consume you throughout the holiday season. Then, you find yourself comparing your gift-giving abilities to others and feeling frustrated with your perceived failures. But this year, let's break free from the shackles of comparison and embrace a Christmas filled with love and joy. The K.I.S.S. ~ Break free from the shackles of comparison! Here is what it looks like to escape the comparison trap and foster a mindset of gratitude and appreciation before the exchange of gifts. 1. Realign your focus: Instead of fixating on finding the perfect gift, shift your attention to the true essence of the holiday season – spending quality time with loved ones. Remind yourself that the joy of Christmas lies not in material possessions but in the connections and memories we create with those we cherish. 2. Embrace authenticity: Recognize that every person and relationship is unique. Instead of attempting to outdo others with extravagant gifts, embrace the power of thoughtful gestures that are personalized and meaningful. By focusing on what truly resonates with the recipient, you can create a genuine and heartfelt connection that goes beyond material possessions. 3. Cultivate gratitude: Before the exchange of gifts, take a moment to reflect on the blessings in your life. Count your own achievements, cherish the love you have received, and appreciate the effort others have put into their gifts. Gratitude fills our hearts with joy and contentment, providing a shield against comparison and fostering a mindset of abundance. "Comparison is the thief of joy." ~ Theodore Roosevelt Let this be the mantra guiding your holiday season. Take a step back, breathe, and remember that the joy we seek doesn't lie in the perfect gift, but in the love and connection we share with our loved ones. So, this Christmas, release yourself from the never-ending spiral of comparison and frustration. Instead, embrace a mindset of love and joy, focusing on the precious moments and the abundance of blessings surrounding you. Remember, the gift of love and presence is always more valuable than any material possession. Embrace this holiday season with an open heart, and watch as love and joy fill your life. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3234 Rekindle the Spirit of Christmas

This season, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, let us look beyond the tinsel and presents, and instead seek to see what God saw before the arrival of our Savior. Rekindle the Spirit of Christmas. It is in the spirit of Christmas that we find the true essence of joy, love, and redemption. By delving into the biblical narrative of Jesus' birth, we have the opportunity to rekindle the flame of wonder and awe that comes with understanding God's plan for our lives. Through His Word, we can find guidance on how to make this Christmas truly meaningful. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co In the book of Luke, Chapter 2, we are transported back in time to witness the extraordinary events leading up to the birth of Jesus. We encounter Mary, a young woman chosen by God to bear His Son, and Joseph, a humble carpenter who faithfully obeys God's instructions. As the couple embarks on their journey to Bethlehem, we see their unwavering faith and trust in God's plan unfold. Luke 2:10-11 declares, "But the angel said to them, 'Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord.'" The Christmas story is filled with ordinary people touched by the extraordinary hand of God. From the lowly shepherds who were visited by a host of angels proclaiming the birth of the Messiah (Luke 2:8-14) to the wise men who followed the star and brought gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh (Matthew 2:1-11), we witness individuals who were able to see what God saw before Jesus was born. They recognized the significance of this miraculous event and allowed it to transform their lives. The K.I.S.S. ~ Rekindle the Spirit of Christmas! In order to glimpse what God saw before Jesus was born this season in our lives, we must approach Christmas with open hearts and minds. We can start by reflecting on the true meaning of Christ's birth – the gift of salvation and the immeasurable love of our Heavenly Father. By immersing ourselves in the Scriptures and meditating on passages such as Isaiah 9:6, which says, "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace," we can better comprehend the magnitude of God's plan and His purpose for sending His Son into the world. This season, let us rekindle the Spirit of Christmas by embodying the qualities that defined Jesus' ministry: love, compassion, forgiveness, and selflessness. "Christmas is not just a day, it's a state of the heart." ~ Kristianne Wargo Let our actions and words reflect the true spirit of the season and spread the message of hope and redemption to those around us. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, may we see beyond the earthly trappings and find joy in the presence of the One who came to save us. By rekindling the flame of wonder and awe that comes with understanding God's plan for our lives, we can experience the true spirit of Christmas and draw closer to the profound love and grace of our Savior. This season, let us allow the story of His birth to transform our lives and bring light, hope, and peace to the world around us. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3233 Follow the Signs

Are you so concerned this holiday season about being right or effective? In a strong marriage, effectiveness is where love resides. Follow the signs. Have you ever had a feeling that something is not quite right in your marriage, but you just can't put your finger on it? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co Many spouses have experienced this dilemma, where they sense that there is an underlying issue, but struggle to identify what it is. If you can relate to this, then it's time to take a closer look at the signs that may be unveiling themselves during this holiday season. The K.I.S.S. ~ Follow the signs! In a strong and thriving marriage, the key lies in being effective, rather than being right. As Kristianne Wargo wisely says, "Effectiveness is where love resides." So, instead of fixating on who is right or wrong, focus on taking the necessary steps to address the signs that are revealing themselves that will potentially strengthen your marriage. 1. Pay attention to subtle changes During the holiday season, it's common for routines and dynamics to shift. Take notice of any subtle changes in your spouse's behavior, mood, or communication patterns. Are they more withdrawn than usual, or perhaps more irritable? Are they avoiding certain conversations or becoming defensive? These small shifts can often be indicative of underlying issues. By observing and acknowledging these changes, you are taking the first step toward understanding what may be going on beneath the surface. 2. Engage in open and honest communication Communication is the foundation of any successful marriage. If you sense that something is not right, it is crucial to engage in open and honest conversations with your spouse. Create a safe and non-threatening environment where both of you can express your thoughts and concerns without fear of judgment or defensiveness. By actively listening and seeking to understand each other's perspectives, you will facilitate a deeper connection and potentially unveil the signs that are hiding beneath the surface. 3. Seek professional guidance Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we need external support to navigate through challenging times in our marriage. If you find yourself continuously struggling to identify and address the signs, it may be beneficial to seek the guidance of a marriage counselor or therapist. These professionals are trained to help couples uncover and work through underlying issues, providing a safe space for both partners to express themselves and find solutions. Remember, seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of your commitment to the health and growth of your relationship. If you have a nagging feeling that something is amiss in your marriage, don't ignore it. Instead, follow the signs that this holiday season may be unveiling. Focus on being effective rather than being right, and prioritize open communication, active listening, and seeking professional guidance when needed. By taking these steps, you may be able to uncover the hidden truths within your relationship and move toward a stronger, more fulfilling partnership. Remember this from Kristianne Wargo: "Effectiveness is where love resides." "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
